"An ideal family cottage in stunningly beautiful surroundings"

The cottage was visually appealing, felt instantly comfortable and was extremely well equipped with everything we needed - even afternoon tea laid out on the table, which included a beautiful chocolate cake! The children, aged 4, 6 and 8 all felt relaxed in the cottage and garden, and there was stacks of information in the cottage about places to visit. We have to go back again simply to see the things we missed last time! The property sits close to the farm which belongs to the property owners, and they invited us to the farm yard to visit the newborn lambs and a litter of puppies, which the girls found wonderful. Overall we felt very well looked after, and were able to perfectly balance exploration and relaxation.
