Holiday villa with great location right in front of the sea and only 20 metres away from the beach "degli Aranci", the most beautiful beach in San Foca. The villa has direct access to the beach from the back of the house and has the following features: private parking space in the entrance walkway, plants and various trees, covered terrasse with sea view at the back of the house, fitted for outdoor dining, barbecue, and an outdoor shower. In the entrance hall is a lounge table with armchairs. The kitchen also offers a sea view. Large living room with a double bed sofa, two extra single beds. 3 bedrooms: the largest ones have a queen-size bed. The smallest one is fresher and offers 2 single beds, which can be put together. 2 bathrooms: the main one is spacious, with a shower box, and the second one, toilets and washbasin, you can access from the largest double bedroom. Other amenities: washing machine, iron grills and mosquito nets on the windows. A comfortable villa for a dream holiday on the Adriatic coast of Salento, ideal for groups and families with children from 6 to 10 guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
