The apartment is in a small boutique block of six apartments and one penthouse. It is directly opposite the beach, is well appointed and comfortable with quality fittings and appointments. It has secure undercover parking for two cars.

Free and unlimited ADSL2 broadband access via WiFi.

The apartment is very well equipped with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a complete kitchen, a full laundry, a dining area and a spacious living area. It has a balcony with BBQ and outdoor table and chairs which gives you views across Port Phillip Bay to Williamstown. The apartment is fully equipped with electrical appliances, plenty of comfy furniture (including leather lounge suite). You can securely park two cars in the basement.

The apartment is on the top (second) floor and is serviced by an elevator. It is at the rear of the block away from traffic.

There are two TV's (one a 55 in flat screen) with BluRay DVD and a selection of DVDs and CDs. The master bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV as well. Each bedroom has its own split system, reverse cycle air conditioning system and there is a third inverter split system in the lounge. Climate control at your fingertips.

The location of the apartment is the best. It is only 100 meters away from the iconic and very beautiful Elwood Beach. There are many lovely circular walks you can make right from the house, without the need to drive anywhere. The foreshore has a lovely free BBQ area and a children's playground and the beach is safe and sandy. The famous Bay Trail bike path and the much used promenade are a great feature. The foreshore also has restaurants and coffee bars.

The lovely cafes and restaurants of Elwood village are a short 3 minute walk away and the much visited Acland St/ Luna Park and St Kilda pier are just 15 minutes walk away.

The Melbourne CBD, MCG, Albert Park, Fitzroy St, Chapel St, Etihad Stadium, AIMI stadium and Port Melbourne are all just minutes away, whether you drive or use public transport. The Elsternwick public golf course is a 12 minute walk away.

The beds are comfy and they consist of one queen and one double. Each bedroom has its own full ensuite. There is also a single trundle bed that you could roll out into the lounge room. We can provide you with a stroller, high chair and porta-cot if you have a little one. In addition there is a powder room for guests. Sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels are provided.

"wonderful place just like home"

had a lovely stay in this apartment. It has everything that you would need and it is just like coming back to my own home everyday. I could entertain my friends and colleagues and they all enjoyed the scenery and the space of the apartment

"A beautiful and well located unit. You will love to stay in!"

I was very pleasantly surprised by the care and attention that had gone into the extra touches - lovely towels, bathroom products, coffee etc. Everything we needed was in the unit, Dr. Fred even organ… More
