Home description

Our "Rooftop" Apartment is luxury at it's best ! and is in a class of it's own. There is a leather lounge suite, wall mounted LCD TV with theatre system, dvd/cd player. There is air-conditioning and Jarrah floorboards through out.

The Master Bedroom has an En suite with double shower and is tiled with porcelain tiles.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a single top bunk. Perfect for 2 x couples or 3 children - beautifully decorated in fresh blues & yellows with a frangipani theme.

The main bathroom has a SPA and is also beautifully tiled in porcelain.

If the children come, there is a separate TV with an x-box which has 50 games included.

And to top it all off you have your own private rooftop deck which has it's own outdoor setting - perfect to sit back, relax and watch the boats.

Don't forget that you also have the added bonus of the small complex solar heated pool, spa, gym & complex BBQ - what are you waiting for SPOIL YOURSELF - YOU DESERVE IT !!

The apartment is fully self contained, complete with blanco appliances, granite benchtops and more.

The Victoria region

6 minutes drive to Frankston where you can enjoy 10 kilometres of picturesque, pristine beaches on the Mornington Peninsula or 32 kilometres to Melbourne CBD where you can enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer and then come back and relax at these apartments. 5 mins to Dandenong now with the New Eastlink

Once the sun sets, you can enjoy the nightlife at Patterson Lakes with many restaurants in which to dine only a minute stroll away or walk to the Cove Hotel where you may like to have a go at the pokies and enjoy a meal.

THE NEW EASTLINK IS NOW OPEN - BRINGING US EVEN CLOSER
32 kms from Melb CBD NOW IN 30 MINS
There are a couple of ways to get to Marina Getaway Apartments from Melb: (please keep in mind that there is not a sign at the front as we are privately owned !!)

1/ USING THE NEW EASTLINK - from the Eastern Fwy

2/ Follow the Nepean Hwy toward Frankston. Once you get to Carrum, there is an exit on the left hand side, going over the railway line (a sign says to Patterson Lakes) to McLeod Rd. Take this turn -( left into Station St & then left into McLeod Rd) and follow McLeod Road straight ahead. There is a United Petrol Station on the left hand side, once you get here the road turns to Thompson Rd and you will find us in the complex directly next door.

2/ Coming from the airport - follow the freeway into the city - following signs to SE Suburbs. Follow the M1 (Monash Freeway) to the M420 (South Gippsland Hwy) Follow this until you come to the A780 (Westernport Fwy) follow this until you come to a round about. This roundabout is Thompson Rd. Turn right at this roundabout. Follow this along, over a small bridge and you will come to another roundabout - go straight at the roundabout and you will see the Patterson Lakes Shopping Centre on the right. Next door to this shopping Centre you will see the large red & cream coloured complex.

This apartment is in the Palm Cove complex. It is a cream & red coloured complex right next door to the P/Lakes shopping Centre. There are large black security gates at the front entrance. When you arrive, you will need to give Julie a quick call on the mobile so we can open the gates for you as a remote control is required. (which of course will be left with you throughout your stay!!)
