Oceanic affords a complete escape from city life and an immersion in this beautiful part of Victoria. A short walk takes you to Separation Creek beach in one direction, or a plethora of bush walks in the Otway Forest in the other. Separation Creek is removed from the holiday crowds, yet is only a short (30 minute) walk to Wye River either via Paddy's path or the beach (tide dependent).

The owners of Oceanic wish for their guests to be as comfortable as possible; all linen and bath towels are provided, the house is fully self-contained, DVDs, games and reading material are available, children are well catered for and dogs may, by arrangement, accompany their owners on holiday.

Oceanic: complete luxury, space and beauty

Oceanic is a split level, three bedroom home. The driveway leads to the covered walkway at ground level where two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a queen bed and single bunk bed) are located.

Adjoining the two bedrooms is a huge second lounge room /rumpus room, with TV and DVD player, comfortable seating and a stellar ocean view. Huge glass opening doors which maximise the view, open to wrap around decking and access to the outdoor shower and sandpit/child's play area. The rumpus room is equipped with childrens' toys, a high chair, beach toys, magazines, books, DVDS and games to enhance your holiday.

Upstairs, the extensive main lounge room, with two walls of opening glass and highlight windows, is an example of exemplary design. The living space offers access to the rear and front decks, expansive in nature with a BBQ and abundant designer outdoor furniture. The lounge room is furnished with a huge comfortable day bed, large couches, an Eames arm chair and a desk/work station, providing a range of retreat spaces for all guests. A wood fire and a television, stereo and free Wifi complete the holiday experience.

The gourmet kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and includes all the expected modern conveniences with beautiful aspects to the ocean and forest from the large island bench with designer stools. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining space with a stunning bank of windows affording further panoramic views.

Completing the upstairs area, the main bedroom(queen bed) and ensuite are the height of luxury with the private deck,

shower and bedroom, all having views of the famous and scenic Wye River beach.

Located conveniently fifteen minutes from Lorne and only a little further to Apollo Bay; this property enables you to escape the crowds but remain within easy proximity to all the local attractions. There are bush walking and bike tracks, pristine picnic grounds, iconic surf beaches and fishing opportunities at your doorstep. Only a little further afield are famous attractions such as the Otway Fly and the Twelve Apostles; the inland towns of Birregurra and Deans Marsh make beautiful day trips and fresh seafood can be bought at Lorne or Apollo Bay from the pier. This famous stretch of Coastline is world renowned. In Wye River itself, the General Store is famous for its own baked breads and gourmet produce, great coffee and laid back cafe; whilst the Wye Beach Hotel deck has arguably the best aspect of any pub in Victoria.
