Designed to entertain and host families, this cutting edge home results from a seamless collaboration between architect and the property owner — a commercial builder by trade.

Positioned on a large long block the home overlooks a stunning swimming pool on one side and expansive backyard on the other presenting so many fabulous spaces to be enjoyed by a visiting family.

One of the first features to catch your eye is the striking vine etched curved wall that flows the home and into the beautifully designed living room and fabulously equipped kitchen with single slab polished concrete bench tops.

The craftsmanship extends to every room and both living and dining are both comfortable while offering stunning vistas across the pool and into the green gardens.

Wooden built-in cabinetry is featured throughout the home, including the floating bed in the master bedroom; the stylish built-in corner lounge and day bed in the upstairs living spaces; the distinctive limed American oak joinery in the bedrooms.

The living spaces are bathed in natural light, which flows in from the floor to ceiling glass walls encasing them. The living room features a richly textured, chocolate brown spotted gum feature wall, and overlooks a large outdoor lounge that gives way to a revitalizing magnesium pool.

In the kitchen, above the polished concrete island benchtop hang a constellation of three bronze pendant lights handcrafted by Ed Linacre, smaller versions of the central pendant that hangs over the staircase, and beneath the bench bronze mirrored glass panels provide a subtle hint of colour.

The home has four bedrooms, including palace size master with ensuite, WIR, guests retreat, a guest bedroom with queen bed and two children's rooms with single beds and a further pull out bed in each.
