Warrender Park Terrace is a basement apartment situated on the edge of The Meadows. Its private main door is accessed via the traditional outside flight of Georgian stone stairs which lead down from the street.
The apartment consists of three double bedrooms, one with en-suit shower and toilet, and all are well lit with ample storage. There is a welcoming entrance hallway with access to all the rooms and an open plan study at the end. The living room is spacious with three large sofas and has a lovely fire place with open gas fire, ideal for the winter evenings. It also has plenty of board games and books to keep you entertained. The kitchen and dining/breakfast area is spacious and well equipped and is an ideal area for family dinners or entertaining. The family bathroom is spacious and well lit with a constant supply of hot water and has a bath with shower overhead, hand basin and toilet.
To the rear of the apartment is a south facing private patio which can be accessed directly from the kitchen.
Warrender Park Terrace is part of the Victorian tenements built in the 1900's near the Meadows and Bruntsfield Links and exhibits the exuberance of Scottish Baronial architecture. With its framed views of Edinburgh Castle, café culture and family vibe it is a great location to visit the vibrant city centre and all its nearby historic attractions. Or if you want to just relax, The Meadows and Bruntsfield Links have an excellent kid's adventure park, Pitch & Put golf course, tennis courts, and a great space to go for a run. In addition, Warrender Swim Centre offers a 25m pool, sauna and fully equipped gym just 5 minutes around the corner.
The apartment is 90m from the nearest bus stop to the city centre and only 300m from the number 41 bus stop. The 41 bus journey is only 10 minutes via the historic Royal Mile to get you to the main Waverley train station and the heart of Edinburgh. There is also a regular bus from the Waverly train station to the airport.

"spacious high quality in great location"
3 couples shared this basement flat on a terrace block facing the university park area...20 minute walk from waverley train station..so all of edinburghs attractions 10 -20 minutes walk away...lovely … More
