About the home

Meadowlands Villa has 2 double beds & 1 twin bedroom - all with fitted wardrobes and all have balconies equipped with table & chairs - great for that al-fresco meal! A deceptively large ground floor is evident from when you open the front door showing the open plan lounge, well-equipped kitchen and dining area leading out through patio doors onto the terrace and swimming pool (private) - with amazing views of the countryside. There's even a communal pool available too!

Hiring a car is highly recommended - as the villa has off street & communal parking directly outside - this will allow you to fully explore the island and visit all the wonderful places Cyprus has to offer. There are 2 family bathrooms which consist of shower, toilet & handbasin. Downstairs cloakroom.

less than 30 days notice = 50% refund of FULL payment (if only the deposit has been received then NO REFUND).

The Larnaca region

MAZOTOS village - located about 12 miles south-west of Larnaca town and 5 mins from the villa, the area is agricultural & nature combined with an abundance of Olive groves to be found in the surrounding area. The village is slightly inland from the coast, with a few shops etc. Why not take the children out for the day to one of the great attractions such as the Camel Park (Mazotos) or Dreamland (Tersefanou).

The beach is approx 15 minutes away where you'll see many people walking along the scenic walkway, fishing or sunbathing. Over at Ayia Napa you can also enjoy the fantastic Water World Waterpark - the largest themed water park in Europe. There's lots of exploring for all - from the exotic camel park to the Phoenician underground chapel & Church of Lazarus to watching the 10,000 flamingoes that arrive every November for their own holidays!

The Mazotos area

Plenty of family watersports at the Alpha Divers Centre near the famous 'Zenobia Ferry Wreck'.

Visit the Church of Lazarus (1st bishop of Larnaca), or Ayia Phaneromeni - the Phoenician underground chapel, or Choirokhoitia - a UNESCO World heritage site of 1 of the most famous Neolithic settlements dating from 7000 B.C - renowned to be one of the best-preserved pre-historic sites of the eastern Med, or any 1 of the 6 museums.

Larnaca Port - for its picturesque seafront along with a palm tree lined marina - boasting around 200 yachts - why not book a boat day trip or see the 10,000 holidaying flamingoes in November at Larnaca Salt Lake, or visit Nicosia - the capital - for museums, a wide variety of shops & boutiques, a castle, night-life & churches

“Wonderful place to stay” The villa is beautiful in a lovely and quiet location and not too far away from larnaca. Would certainly stay again if I came back to Cyprus.

“A wonderful relaxing break in the gorgeous Cypriot countryside..” A truly lovely villa, very spacious. We travelled as a family of five, 3 kids aged 8,9&12. Great pool and terrace, the kids lived in the pool. Lovely to have the luxuries of home like a dvd player for the kids! It was a 10 minute drive to a large supermarket and about 20 minutes drive into Larnaca. The local camel park was fantastic, the kids really loved it there, very cheap day out! This villa was perfect for a get away from it all relaxing break. Robin and Karen who look after the villa are very friendly and knowledgable about the local area. We had a fantastic holiday...Thank you!
