Our Penthouse Apartment is located in Panoramic Village, a new development in the pretty village of Mazotos and is ideal for those seeking luxury accommodation in a peaceful and private location. The beach is just a few minutes away, many other villages are within a short drive and bustling Larnaca with its attractive promenade and marina is just 20 minutes away.
The apartment features a fabulous south facing, private roof top terrace offering wonderful views of the coastline and countryside. A great place to relax, the roof top has rattan cube sofas, dining facilities, BBQ and a large shaded pergola for sun protection. Inside, the apartment has leather sofas, stylish furniture and is fully equipped, including full air conditioning/heating and satellite TV. Another large terrace/balcony leads off the lounge, has alfresco dining facilities and overlooks a large swimming pool and olive grove.
Cyprus enjoys year round sunshine so is an ideal destination for winter holidays. It is a great place to escape the British winter and we have tailored special rates for those wishing to stay a month or more at this quieter but very pleasant time of year.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and appointed with quality furniture, appliances and fittings.
The lounge has two leather sofas, central and side tables, satellite TV with DVD and soft mood lighting.
The dining area is equipped with large dining table, chairs and sideboard. The fully fitted contemporary kitchen has all new appliances including oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a full range of new cooking equipment and utensils.
The master bedroom has king size double bed, dressing table with mirror, spacious built in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and is decorated with tasteful pictures. The second bedroom has two single beds, again with built in wardrobes with lots of storage space.
The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit style basin and additional storage facilities. The en suite has a glass screened shower with toilet and basin. Both are fully tiled to a very high standard.
All towels (except beach towels) and linen are provided. A cot and high chair can be provided for a small additional charge.
Further details outdoors:
Patio doors lead off the lounge area to the balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. Here you have an outside dining table and chairs. If you love eating outside, this area is covered so can be used for any meal any time of the day. From here a spiral staircase leads up to the fully tiled Roof Terrace.
On the Roof Terrace spectacular views can be enjoyed of the sea, village and mountains. Half of this secluded private terrace has a covered pergola installed. A bit of respite from the sun is welcome sometimes! Rattan cube style furniture provides for pleasant relaxing together with soft comfortable quality sunloungers. None of the hard plastic type here! This is another area to enjoy alfresco dining with table, chairs and BBQ complete with storage and sink facilities.
The swimming pool has a shaded area, attractive landscaped borders, comfortable sunloungers, changing and toilet facilities. There is also a pleasant well-equipped children’s play area.
A designated private and covered parking space is provided, secure within the Panoramic Village complex. This leads to the reception/foyer area with lift.
We have an English-speaking representative available to answer any questions or queries. She lives close by in Mazotos. In addition a local company providing round the clock emergency cover manages the property.
Car hire is essential to enjoy all that Cyprus has to offer and get the best from your holiday. Cars are best booked in advance and collected at the airport. We have first hand knowledge of where the best deals are and will be pleased to help and advise.
Wheel chair access to the apartment and the balcony is available; there are ramps and a lift. However access to the roof terrace is only by stairs.
Smoking is strictly not allowed in the apartment, only on the roof terrace and the balcony.

The Larnaca region
Cyprus is an island of stunning beauty from pine-clad mountains and natural unspoilt countryside to award winning beaches. Tranquil, pretty villages that have retained their character and many historic and archaeological sites are in striking contrast to modern cosmopolitan towns.
In Cyprus all distances are easily manageable, mostly on modern roads with signs in English and driving on the left. It is ideal for a safe fun family holiday as the crime rate here is virtually non-existent so you can travel around without worry. It attracts lots of other people too from couples looking for culture, peace and tranquillity to golfers, cyclists, hikers, bird watchers, divers and even skiers. With over 320 days of sunshine per year it is no surprise that Cyprus is a popular year round tourist destination. Even in the winter months it is common to enjoy over 6 hours of daily sunshine and temperatures over 20c.
Larnaca itself is one of the oldest cities in Europe and has interesting ancient ruins, religious architectural sites, Churches and Museums as well as wonderful beaches, salt lakes and a large Marina. The District is one of the island’s major tourist destinations with around 3 million tourists visiting each year. The palm-lined promenade is a big attraction with its many restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, local and international shopping and of course the beautiful blue flag award winning beach. There is excellent diving here including the Zenobia in Larnaca, one of the top ten wreck dives in the world.
The Mazotos area
Mazotos is a pretty tranquil village close to the sea between Larnaca and Limassol. In addition to families that have lived here for generations it is also home to professionals that work in the big towns and retired people, attracted by its rural appeal and easy access to the rest of the island.
Set amongst olive groves with its narrow streets this village still retains its traditional values and culture. Dominating the village are two magnificent churches. Local farmers grow melons, tomatoes and cucumbers and also produce Halloumi, the speciality cheese of Cyprus. A local market takes place here every week. The village has two well-stocked supermarkets, two restaurants and a taverna. There is also a bank with ATM facilities. The Camel Park is a great family day out with children’s amusements, restaurant and pool while the local beach has a restaurant serving lots of varied food, especially fish, with great views of the sea. Dreamland children's amusement park a short drive away and entrance is free.
Close to Mazotos are other villages and beaches worth visiting. Kiti has lots of shops, excellent restaurants, and 24-hour bakeries. Pervolia has numerous tavernas and restaurants centred on an attractive square and has a pleasant, laid-back atmosphere. Zygi, another neighbouring village, is famous for its many fish restaurants serving local and continental dishes, most of which are situated along the sea front with great sea views.
While the new PGA championship golf course currently under construction at nearby Tersefanou is being built, Golfers are catered for with numerous other courses, the closest being near Limassol about 30-40 minutes away. For spectacular scenery a visit to the Troodos Mountains is a must. At 2000 mtrs this area is a walkers, hikers and mountain bikers paradise but is a great day out for all.

Prices are for the apartment per week. Pro rata rates are available for extended stays and special discounts may apply - please enquire. A booking deposit of £100 is required with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Confirmation of payment will all be sent on receipt of deposit together with information and detailed directions. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card. A security bond of £200 is required which will be refunded within 7 days after your holiday, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
