About the home

After travelling to Cyprus and then on to our apartment, you'll be delighted to discover that you don't have to hunt around for somewhere to park the hire car and then struggle with your luggage up never-ending flights of stairs. At our self-catering holiday apartment near Larnaca, you'll either breeze into reception to collect your key, or if you're planning to arrive during the night we'll have your key ready to collect from a secure lock-box. Whatever time you arrive, you'll simply drive to the underground car park and then stroll up a few stairs and along the balcony to your first floor apartment.

You'll be thrilled when you open the door - a stylish contemporary apartment, fully equipped to a luxurious standard. Importantly, the interior is both cool and spacious to complement the warm Cypriot climate. We'd recommend that you grab a long iced drink from the fridge and relax on the apartment’s private balcony, or perhaps you'd prefer to unwind on one of the welcoming sofas in the air-conditioned, open-plan lounge.

Our fully-serviced apartment will immediately fill you with a sense of true luxury. The chic and tasteful interior of the apartment caters for your every need; from the large-screen TV / DVD player to the thoroughly modern kitchen fitted-out with all the equipment you'd expect to find in a top-notch apartment. WiFi internet access is also available on site, if you really have to keep in touch with the real world.

Of course, there are many nearby restaurants to choose from, but if you do decide to do your own cooking, you’ll find a high-spec kitchen fitted with top-of-the-range appliances, a microwave and everything you’ll need to create your own special dining experience. Also, please feel free to use our gas-fired BBQ on the balcony. In tune with traditional Cypriot living, you can choose whether to eat in the apartment in the open-plan dining area, or perhaps you'd prefer to enjoy the views over the resort when eating al-fresco on the balcony.

Our holiday apartment caters for a maximum of six people with two large double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a magnificent King-size bed whilst the second bedroom has two high-quality single beds; there's also a sofa in the lounge which transforms easily into a very comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms have good-sized fitted wardrobes and the apartment offers plenty of storage space.

You'll be left in little doubt that the Grove Spa Resort is arguably the most prestigious resort complex, not only near Larnaca, but in the whole of Southern Cyprus. You'll find that the whole feel of the place is that of a luxury self-catering hotel. Our large first floor apartment is quite simply the perfect base for your holiday near Larnaca!

The Larnaca region

Southern Cyprus, and the Larnaca are in particular, offer a wonderful array of activities and places of interest for visitors to explore.

The seafront at Larnaca is packed full of bars, restaurants and cafes catering for all tastes, whilst the ancient Turkish part of the City contains a host of tavernas, antique shops and a treasure trove of small shops selling beautiful locally crafted souvenirs.

Visitors can choose to relax wandering around Larnaca Castle, the archaelogical museum and the tomb of Lazarus, or if you'd prefer a faster pace to your holiday, there are plenty of water sports to try all along the coast, along with more exotic pursuits like camel trekking and quad biking. Sticking with the sporting theme, golf is continuing to flourish in Cyprus and there are a range of courses within easy reach of the Resort.

From the Resort it's a quick hop to join the main motorway from Limassol to Nicosia, with both of these cities within easy reach for day-trips.

The Mazotos area

The traditional and peaceful village of Mazotos is a few minutes stroll from the Grove Spa Resort - here you'll be able to do grocery shopping at the local village shop if you're planning on eating at the apartment and there's also a decent taverna for you to sample the local hospitality. A larger range of shops can be found in the nearby villages of Kiti and Pervolia - the closest supermarket (Orphanides) is about 8km away in Kiti.

The nearest beach is an easy 5 minute drive away; if you prefer to use Blue Flag beaches the McKenzie beach is only 20 minutes from the apartment by car and the shallow waters are ideally suited for young children. As well as spending time relaxing on the long, sandy beaches, perhaps you might like to try your hand at water skiing or windsurfing, or possibly do a spot of scuba diving in the blue, crystal-clear waters just off the coast.....

There's also plenty to keep the kids occupied whilst you relax - the local Camel Park is very popular, as is the water park at Ayia Napa and the whole family can enjoy the Tourist Submarine voyage to see the Zenobia shipwreck just off Larnaca.

There are many regular flights from the UK to Larnaca airport, which is a short and very straightforward 15 minute drive away from the apartment. Full driving directions to Grove Spa will be provided at the time of booking. Hiring a car is unnecessary if you intend to stay within the Resort (taxis are plentiful at the airport), but if you're travelling further afield to see the sights you will need to hire a car:

Provisional Bookings > We will normally hold a provisional booking for 10 days, after which the dates must be confirmed and a deposit paid. If your dates are requested by someone else during the 10 day period, we may contact you earlier and ask you to either confirm or release the dates.
