Gaia and Theia are two adjacent but unconnected new two bedroom ground floor apartments at the exclusive Grove Spa Resort, Mazotos, in beautiful, sunny Cyprus.
Just 20 minutes drive from Larnaca airport and 5 minutes from the beach in a small, unspoilt village, these luxurious, family friendly apartments are finished and furnished to the highest standard and each have private, landscaped gardens with barbeques, deluxe outdoor furniture and sun terraces.

Further details
The apartment will be fully cleaned before and after your arrival and bathroom towels provided, but you may wish to bring beach-towels for outdoor use. A mid-week clean can be arranged on request.
Each apartment is strictly non-smoking, although please feel free to smoke outside in the garden or on the sun terrace where ash trays have been provided. Sorry, but no pets allowed.
Cots and highchairs available upon request. Welcome packs of basic groceries to greet you when you arrive are also available on request. Additional charges apply to extra cleaning/supply of groceries.

Conditions
£250 per apartment required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A £125 breakages/damages deposit is required per apartment at the time of booking and will be refunded within 14 days of departure less any costs incurred through breakages/damage/losses.
A cleaning charge of £55 per apartment will be added to each stay regardless of the length of the stay.

The Larnaca region
Famously the birthplace of Aphrodite, it is not hard to see why the ancient civilisations fought over Cyprus, each leaving their mark on the rich cultural heritage of this little jewel of an island. Heritage that is apparent in the many fascinating ancient ruins scattered over the island, and in the many myths and legends featuring the land. Days can be spent visiting and exploring these archaeological wonders.
Due to its exceptional climate Cyprus is also an island of immense variety, featuring everything from groves of blossoms and sun-drenched beaches to snow-capped Mount Olympus, legendary home of the Greek Gods.
Winter temperatures frequently top 20 degrees Celsius and the average of over 320 days sunshine per year makes Cyprus a top destination for anyone seeking a warm, bright escape.
Larnaca itself is one of the oldest cities in Europe and boasts a broad range of ancient ruins, religious architectural sites and picturesque beaches and salt lakes. Especially famed for its diving, 'The Times' voted Zenobia in Larnaca one of the top 10 wreck dives in the world.
There are also water parks, dive schools, fishing and submarine trips, go-karting, cinemas and bowling available. And, of course, a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
Nicosia, Limassol and Ayia Napa are all within 60 minutes drive.
The Mazotos area
Mazotos is a quiet, unspoilt and friendly village a short drive from the airport and Larnaca town. There is a local taverna, two restaurants, and a local beach. The larger of the two supermarkets in the village is open late 7 days a week and stocks an impressive and surprising range of products, including fresh, local produce.
The Camel Park is two minutes drive from the village and is excellent for children, with camel rides available! There is also a children's amusement park within 10 minutes of the village.
The next village along, Kiti, has 2 fantastic bakeries and a good range of shops, restaurants and amenities.
10 minutes drive from the resort is a large Carrefour supermarket if you prefer to do a single large shop and stock up for the duration of your stay.

Flights to Larnaca International are provided by a large number of airlines, including Monarch, BA and EasyJet.
The apartments are 20 minutes by car from Larnaca International Airport.
SIXT and Europcar rental services have provided a good, inexpensive service for us in the past, but there is a wide selection of car hire companies.
