The apartment is located on the first floor of Block A and can cater for up to 6 people with 1 double bedroom 1 twin bedroom and a double sofa bed available in the lounge area. A cot and/or high chair can be provided for a small additional charge. Both bathrooms are fitted with a toilet, sink, shower facilities and 1 bath. The lounge and kitchen areas are fully furnished and equipped with a wide range of modern utilities including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, Satellite TV and DVD player to ensure you have a totally relaxing holiday.

When you stay at the apartment, you will also have access to a beautifully maintained swimming pool shared with other tenants in the block. A covered reserved parking area and a childrens play area are also available to you during your stay.
The charming village of Mazotos is a five minute work away, with its 2 supermarkets; a bank and cafes/restaurants.
The apartment is looked after by a local property management company, with 24/7 emergency cover. It is also fully cleaned before and after each booking. Additional cleans are available and can be arranged at the time of booking. You will normally be greeted at the apartment when you arrive and a small welcome pack provided. The Larnaca region
Mazotos village is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and is a quiet unspoilt traditional Cypriot village surrounded by olive groves with the sea to one side and mountains on the other. With some 1000 inhabitants, Mazotos has a range of local amenities including 2 small supermarkets a bank and cash point a new bar and a lively weekend market. English is spoken in most shops.

A few minutes drive from Mazotos, there are several miles of unspoilt beaches. The small local Mazotos beach can be reached within 5 minutes and larger beaches can be found a little further away in the villages of Kiti, Perviola and Zygi all of which have a range of Tavernas, restaurants and shops. Larnaca town centre is also just a 20 minute drive away with its wide range of shops, bars, international restaurants, and lively nightlife. The new Marina and local beaches in Larnaca also provide visitors with the opportunity to try out a wide range of water sports and associated activities.
Another nearby attraction is the Mazotos Camel park, where you and the children can enjoy a 15 minute camel caravan through the local countryside visit the small local museum let the children play in their own special play area with a bouncy castle and swings or just relax around the pool and sample the various cocktails and snacks available from the park’s bar and/or restaurant.
For those wishing to travel further afield, Nicosia is just 50 km away. The Troodos Mountains can also be reached in just over an hour for those interested in skiing or walking there. Golf is also a growing attraction in Cyprus and several local facilities are already available, with more courses planned in the next few years.

To get to Panoramic Village in Mazotos, the nearest International Airport is at Larnaca. You will need to check times and flights as these are sometimes restricted at different times of the year. Current airlines flying to Larnaca include:

Alternatively, you may wish to consider flights to Paphos Airport which has a similar service but remember the increased transfer times as Paphos airport is around 120 km from Mazotos.

The accomodation was excellent, great apartment, clean, spacious and in a great location for access all over the island and to the airport. The apartment has everything you need, as well as a great welcome pack for those who request it. The facilities and equipment are great with good outside seating on the balcony as well as two good bathrooms one with a bath as well as a shower.
The apartment is very clean and great for entertaining. The pool despite being November was still warm enough to swim in and has really comfortable loungers. The pool and showers etc beside it were really clean and the whole complex was well looked after. The apartment is in a great position for getting about on the island and the car hire company recomended by the vendor was well priced and ideal for the journeys we were doing around the island and across to the north
I would highly recommend the apartments to both familys, and groups of up to 6, The apartment is one of the best i have stayed in and meant that we had a great stay on the island.
Despite going in November we had great weather, it was up to 27 degrees and 5 of our 7 days, This time of year was ideal for me who can get really burnt, but i still got great colour and it made traveling around the island pleasant and a welcome break from the English rain!!!
The town also has a good superemarket which we used on a regular basis.

The booking system and information prior to travelling was excellent.
The apartment was spacious. The two bedrooms were generous in size, although we found the second bathroom/shower room to be beyond tiny. ( We were also unsure why the shower room was not built to be an en suite to the master bedroom)
The kitchen was was equipped, (we did use it) The main living area was large with sofa and dining table with 6 chairs.
The apartment was clean.
The pool area looked inviting but we did not use it.
I believe we paid a fair price for our stay

The flat was very clean and fully-fitted. The indications of the owner to come were very good and helpful. The apartment was spacious, pleasant to live.
The only thing we didn't find was a barbecue.
it's very calm in april because there are only few people.
you have to take the car to buy things or to go to visit.

A deposit of 25% will be collected within 3 days of a confirmed booking, with the balance being paid 56 days before commencement of booking. Cancellation terms apply as described at the time of booking.
