This stunning apartment in a beautiful location of Cyprus with a wide range of facilities to give you the best possible holiday experience. The resort overlooks the village of Mazotos and is only 20 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport.

The apartment is on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the resort.

The Larnaca region

Hot and dry summer weather sees Larnaca become busy, with tourists arriving daily to soak up the sun and relax on the beaches. The seasons of autumn, winter and spring can be quite appealing times to holiday on Cyprus. The spring and autumn climate in particular is warm and sunny.

The Mazotos area

Mazotos is ideally located with the following nearby facilities:- Bank with ATM opposite the resort. Two well stocked supermarkets in the village. A bar with sports TV. The nearby towns of Kiti and Pervolia are a short drive away offering further amenities including 24hr bakeries, doctors, pharmacies and a selection of good quality restaurants and tavernas. 4 minutes by car to the beach, 20 minutes from Larnaca beaches and restaurants. The Camel Park is 5 minutes away and a great family visit.

Larnaca airport is an easy 20 minutes drive away. Taxis are readily available but a car is recommended for sightseeing. Car hire is readily available from the airport. Driving is on the left as in the UK and the route to Mazotos is well signposted. Full instructions will be given on booking.

Rental rates include a supply of linen, towels and all utilities including air conditioning throughout the apartment. The apartment is cleaned and prepared before your arrival. All you have to do is pick up the keys from reception. You have free use of on-site facilities.

We can give you a great price for longer term lets.

A 20% deposit is required on booking with the full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Confirmation of payment and detailed directions will be provided. A refundable breakage deposit of £100 is also required.

Payment can be made by either bank transfer or PayPal.

Any short or long breaks can be arranged whenever possible. Please contact us with your needs and we will try to accommodate.
