Our breathtaking brand new two bedroom/two bathroom first floor apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and equipped with all the facilities you would expect in a luxury property. The Master bedroom has large floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with a double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom again equipped with fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, air conditioning and twin beds that can be placed together to form a double if requested. The living area is open plan incorporating a fully fitted kitchen with hob/oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining area with seating for 6 people.
The bathrooms both have toilet, wahbasin and showers, one has a bath in addition to the shower.
The lounge area has a 32" LCD television with DVD and we also have a CD radio with IPOD docking station for your enjoyment.
The apartment boasts a larger than average balcony accessed via patio doors from the lounge area and overlooks the pool with partial sea views and is suitable for al fresco dining and relaxing. The balcony is complete with a table and chairs and sun loungers are provided for your convenience.
The apartment is accessed by both stairs and a lift and has a designated undercover parking area.

This exclusive development consists of 7 apartment blocks each containing 12 apartments and has 3 shared pools, landscaped gardens and children's play area.
Prices are for the property per week, with a minimum stay of 4 nights. Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a £30 cleaning charge. All towels (except beach towels) and linen are provided.
Discounts are available for 3 or more weeks and longer winter lets are available on application.
A none refundable deposit of £75 per week is required to reserve a booking, the balance being due 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable with the balance of the holiday monies 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
Srtictly no smoking except on the balcony.
We are sorry but no pets are allowed.

Mazotos is situated on elevated land which takes in the gorgeous weather this part of the island receives all year round.
Located just 15 minutes from Larnaca International Airport, this beautiful village boasts cultural Cyprus giving you the feeling of being part of the island.
We are situated centrally on the island making it an ideal base to explore the rest of Cyprus, Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and the Troudos mountains to name just a few.
The Mazotos area
Activities near Mazotos include water sports, fishing and horse riding. The local Camel Park just 5 minutes away is ideal for children and a good place to sample the local food. Also a visit to Zygi a neighbouring village is a must, where you will find many fish restaurants along the sea front road, serving local and continental dishes. Between the two villages you will find miles of unspoilt coastline where you can relax on the beach, or swim in the safe warm Mediterranean waters.

Many airlines now fly to the new Larnaca International Airport or Paphos, including Monarch, Easy Jet and Cyprus Airways.
Our apartment is easy to find, there are many low cost car hire firms available from the airport and for guests from the UK driving on the left makes it even easier. Travelling time from Larnaca airport is about 15 minutes and from Paphos about 90 minutes by car.

We found the property to be in excellent condition with all amenities provided having being supplied with clear directions to the property from the airport an easy short drive and on arrival secure off road parking.The location was ideal for beach and cultural visits and the village was close by with more than adequate supermarkets and a friendly local bar!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the apartment in mid August. We had an early arrival time (4.30am) and a late departure time (11pm) which the owners readily accommodated - this was much appreciated! The apartment was modern, spacious and had everything you could need. The air-conditioning was so powerful we sometimes had to turn it off at night, depsite the 38 degree heat. There was a large supply of clean linen and towels and the fridge even had a few beers in it when we arrived. All in all it was a lovely apartment. You do need a car as the location is ten minutes from the nearest bars/restaurants but the peace and quiet in the days was well worth the travel time. All in all a lovely place and the owners were very easy to deal with.
