The Villa is just over a couple of years old and fully air conditioned/heated. Its excellent location on site means its only a 5 minute walk to the bar / restaurant and communal pool. The villa itself comprises of: A twin bedded room on ground floor level with bathroom next to it. (Useful for people with mobility problems) A king size bedded room on upstairs floor with bathroom next to it and a large sun terrace. (Ideal for couples) A twin bedded room upstairs with UK TV (useful for the kids to watch or play their games console) Private swimming pool 9x4m with Roman walk in steps. Large south facing garden with many plants and sunny and shaded patio areas.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The coastal area of Mazarron is located in the province of Murcia, Spain. This stretch of 35km coastline, which is a wide-open bay on the Mediterranean, has 300 days of sunshine per year and is also labelled “Costa Calida”, translation: “Warm Coast”.
Enjoy the many beautiful unspoilt beaches (including one nudist) and pretty inlets along the bay of Mazarron. A backdrop of mountains rounds off the scenic area, which is yet unspoilt but popular with the local Spanish from Murcia/Cartagena and Madrid in the summer. The Espuña mountains and National Park with pine trees and fantastic views about 25 mins away, is popular with those of us in need of walking exercise, fresh air and contact with nature! For lovers of Golf, at present the most accessible course is only 5 minutes drive from the CountryClub. Many other courses are within easy travelling distance (at least eight!) with the world famous 'La Manga club' situated at the Mar Menor. Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area
Mazarron is in fact 2 towns in one. There is the main town with its Town Hall, daily indoor fresh produce market, banks, medical facilities, shops, etc, and then less than a 5 minute drive away there is its pretty little seafront sister, Puerto de Mazarron. Where you will find a harbour and marina along with superb sandy beaches and secluded coves. Two main cities within a 30 mile drive from here are Murcia, the provincial capital, and Cartagena, the ancient Roman coastal city port.
The Mazarron Country Club site is a prestigious new development which boasts a large tropical swimming pool with children’s pool area, tennis courts and a large restaurant serving traditional Spanish and International cuisine. Whilst the golf course at Mazarron CC is under development, the nearest golf course and clubhouse is 5 minutes drive away at Camposol.
How to get there
Many of the budget charter and also scheduled airlines fly into the two international airports at Alicante and Murcia San Javier. Murcia's San Javier Airport is less than an hour from Mazarron Country Club, whilst Alicante is an easy one and a quarter hour motorway journey away. An alternative to these two is Almeria, which is approx 1 hour and three quarters easy drive up the motorway. Further recommendations and advise can be given at time of booking if requested. For an additional charge, airport transfers from either Alicante or Murcia can be arranged, as can a hire car to be delivered to the Villa.

Further details indoors: The interior has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It is fully equipped because we do also use the villa ourselves for family holidays and so this is not a dry hotel looking inpersonal villa. We enjoy it and also want you to enjoy it. We want you to feel "en casa" (at home). There are some books,CDs, DVDs, traditional board games as well as two TVs with both local Spanish as well as UK (BBC, ITV...) and international channels. All rooms have access to the outside garden or views(upstairs). The upstairs master bedroom has got a private solarium terrace and the smaller one has got a balcony. Both enjoying beautiful views over the Country Club and surrounding mountains. Because the villa is south facing it makes it both ideal for a late dip into the pool or for winter & spring breaks.

Further details outdoors: The landscaped illuminated garden has lots to offer as this is a large area with your own large private pool (9m x 4m), dining table & chairs (allowing six people comfortably), sun loungers and a BBQ for your use.There are also many toys/games and inflatables in the shed by the outside washing room which you are welcome to use.

Swimming pool is not heated but considering it is a south facing garden and that this is the warmest place in Spain, you will be able to enjoy the pool from May though to the end of October ! It is the "Costa Calida" (warm coast) where you are staying!
Conditions
Ground level accommodation suitable for the elderly or very young. Upper level bedrooms/bathroom for the more mobile | Sleeps 6 people | NO SMOKING inside please, the weather is too nice to do so, enjoy the garden views instead!
Payments can be made in Sterling pounds via cheque through the post to owner's UK address or in either EuroO or Sterling pounds via bank transfer or even credit card (3.5 % surcharge). Other payment procedure can be arranged too, i.e Euro cheque to an Spanish address.
25% deposit secures your booking. Payment in full 5 weeks before arrival along with bond/breakage security deposit of Euros 200 (£150).
