Our villa is well presented and very comfortably furnished with air conditioning and own private pool. Outside in the spacious garden area you will find a large pool with sunbathing area, patio furniture and a built-in barbecue. There are beautiful mountain views all around. The villa itself is situated in an excellent position only a 5 minute walk will get you to the bar/restaurant, tennis courts and communal pool. There is a an excellent 18 hole golf course within a 10 minute drive.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida (Warm Coast) has fantastic beaches, golf and countryside which, together with its very own micro-climate, provide a wonderful year-round holiday destination. There are around 320 days of sunshine a year, with temperatures averaging 32 degrees C in summer and 18 degrees C in winter - and the sea temperature rarely falls below 18 degrees C.
A further 5 min drive from towns of Mazarron & the Puerto de Mazarron will take you to the village of Bolnuevo which has some fantastic rock formations naturally formed over the years and are a must see!
The Espuña mountains and National Park with pine trees and fantastic views about 25 mins away, is popular with those of us in need of walking exercise, fresh air and contact with nature!
Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area
The Sunday market in the port is a definite place to visit with the weekly indoor & outdoor market in Mazarron town.
The old Roman town of Cartagena is well worth a visit (take the coast road for some lovely scenery). Along with the Moorish town of Murcia both about half an hour's travelling distance.
For lovers of Golf, the most accessible course is only 5 minutes drive from the Country Club. Many other courses are within easy travelling distance (at least eight!) with the world famous 'La Manga club' situated at the Mar Menor. Also 30mins away is the brand new Hacienda de Alamo 18 hole international course.
How to get there
Many of the budget charter and also scheduled airlines fly into the two international airports at Alicante and Murcia San Javier. Murcia's San Javier Airport is less than an hour from Mazarron Country Club, whilst Alicante is an easy one and a quarter hour motorway journey away. An alternative to these two is Almeria, which is approx 1 hour and three quarters easy drive up the motorway. Further recommendations and advise can be given at time of booking if requested.

Further details indoors: The villa has a TV with a wide range of UK and European channels and a selection of DVDs. There is a modern air-conditioning system with both hot and cold heating modes for all seasons.
Just a short (5 min) walk away there is a communal 'TROPICAL POOL COMPLEX' open during peak summer times (June-August). Here you will also find 3 tennis courts, petanque courts and a Spanish restaurant serving tapas and evening meals.
Cleaning and maintenance is carried out by a friendly and efficient husband and wife team who live on the Country Club.
Further details outdoors: This is a DETACHED VILLA which means you will be able to enjoy good levels of privacy which is a valuable requirement to a relaxing holiday. The large 8m x 4m pool is surrounded by special non-slip tiles, making it ideal and safe for families with young children. There is a brick built BBQ, and plenty of outdoor furnishings to help provide a perfect setting in which to chill out and enjoy al fresco dining.

* A deposit of £100 is required to secure a holiday booking
* Discounts available for long-stay bookings, please enquire.

* Full payment for the total will be required for all bookings made within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday.
* A Security Deposit of £150 is held against damage/breakages and will be refunded after full inspection of the property and the return of keys.
* If you have any special requirements (e.g. cots) we are happy to arrange these.
* Payments accepted in Sterling or Euros.
* Cleaning charge of 50€ payable locally on collection of keys
* Stays of +7 nights will incur an additional cost of 20€ for change of linen and towels mid rental
