Main villa has 2 bedrooms, a kingsize bedroom en suite and a twin bedded room.The separate guest suite has a further double bed with en suite and a private roof terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and is accessable via an outside staircase.The Villa is situated on A sector with open countryside views at the front of the villa.The pool area is very secluded and peacefull. There is secure offroad parking at the front of the Villa.The Villa is Ideally situated for couples or family's.

The villa has a front terrace with a table and chairs, a back garden which includes a tiled patio surrounding a 8x4 metre pool. Another eating area with a table and chairs, 6 sunloungers, 2 deckchairs and a hammock.
Large barbacue .The villa has air conditioning in the 2 double bedrooms and lounge, and a ceiling fan in the twin-bedroom for those warm nights.Central heating for the winter months.

The Costa Calida region

The Costa Calida or 'warm coast' has so far escaped the influx of mass tourism. It lies between Costa Blanca and Almeria. The sandy coastal area is surrounded by mountains and has many pretty beaches and a marina.Murcia is approx 25 mins away and if you do not want to drive then catch the train from Totana to Murcia.The lovely town of Lorca is 20 mins away and can also be reached by train if required,there is a very good market here.The city of Cartegena is approx 45 mins away and well worth the visit as plenty of sights of interest.

The Mazarron / Camposol area

This area is a very popular holiday destination for Spanish so retains a Spanish feel when shopping in the local markets for your fruit and veg. The sea front at Port Mazarron has a beautiful promenade where the locals like to walk in the evenings. So a nice spot to sit with a drink and 'people watch' on a balmy summers evening. The Sierra Espuna mountain range is within a 20 min drive and offers spectacular views of the area. Restaurants nestle in the pine forests and offer an alternative to the coast and beaches. If you do not want to drive off Camposol it offers plenty to do, golf course, bowling alley , plenty of resturants,Indian,Bulgerian,Chinese Italian and a fish and chip shop, bars and supermarkets all within walking distance. There is a Go karting track in the port of Mazarron.

Fly to San Javier ;50 minutes drive, fly to Alicante 80 minutes drive. Both airports are covered by Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, BMIBaby and Jet2 etc.
Car hire can be arranged at airports (late and early flights may be a problem) or in advance from www.fcrentacar.com, www.1car1global.com, www.carjet.co.uk, rentspain.com, europcar.co.uk
Taxis can be arranged from either airport, approx. cost 65 euros from Murcia or 80 euros from Alicante.

“Loved Canposol and the lovely Carol.” Carol and Ray that manage the villa are excellent. Carol was so helpful and so kind. Villa large, with all you need in it. Very clean upon arrival. Note to owner. When things get tired and old, replace them. Plus the amount of personal clutter wasn't for us. Though that's only our personal taste.

“What a wonderfull,Fantastic,Relaxing Holiday” We have relaxing and swimming in the swimming pool.We would used this property again and recommendend it to others.The villa is beautifull and very clean.We loved this villa and hope to return very soon.

“beautiful house with swimming pool” This house is situated in an ideal position, beautiful views, peaceful surroundings and yet close to all necessary amenities. Shops are in walking distance, there are plenty of shops catering for the British public, even an English Butcher and supermarket. ALso lots of local restaurants where you can eat for reasonable prices. A very picturesque fishing village within 10 miles, magnificent mountains and natural park (20 mins). SO there is plenty to do. The property is excellently equipped with all luxury. Even a dishwasher in the kitchen. An excellent pool and plenty of space. The self-contained flat is ideal and has it's own bathroom. All in all highly recommended.

“Lovely Accommodation” As described in advert, access to lots of places. Within walking distance of bars and shops. Flies were a bit of a problem but that was not the fault of the property.

“A really relaxing holiday, we will be back.” We had a really enjoyable holiday at Villa Kara. We had plans to do lots, but once we had settled in, we just chilled out around the villa and pool. Villa Kara has everything that you need for an enjoyable break. Ray gave us excellent instructions on how to find the port, parking was easy and we had a few very enjoyable evenings relaxing, eating, and finishing off with a night cap, overlooking either the bay or the Marina. We also loved supping coffee at the little bar in the yacht marina. Camposol has the best of both worlds, English if you want it and a real Spanish port and town if you don't, all in all a very enjoyable break away from the stresses of everyday life.
