Two bedroom bungalow, sleeping up to 4 (plus baby with a cot provided) at the Mazarron Country Club on the Costa Calida, 10 minutes from the unspoilt sandy beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolneuvo. The bungalow is less than a minute's walk from the tropical style pool, children’s pool and pool bar. Next to this there are tennis courts, petanque pitches (Spanish bowls) and a bar/restaurant, which serves full meals and tapas.
Complete with a jacuzzi on a private walled terrace, our bungalow is the ideal place for you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Mazarron coast forms part of the Costa Calida (the warm coast) and is an area not yet discovered by mass tourism. If you like the bright lights of Benidorm then Mazarron is not for you!
There are numerous sandy beaches, including two near the port - Bahía and Bolnuevo. There are mountains all around, some go right out to the coast providing spectacular breathtaking views along the coast line. The sea is usually around 5º warmer due to the unique 'micro climate' that Mazarron enjoys. Because of this, Sub Aqua diving is possible all year round. The water is usually clear and the depth of visibility in many places is often around 25 - 30 metres.
Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area
Mazarron Country Club is situated just north of the town of Mazarron and 10 minutes' inland from the Costa Calida. There are several blue flag beaches in the area, the closest being at Bolneuvo, approx 6 kms and less than a ten minute drive away. Just up the coast is Puerto de Mazarron, with its long promenade of cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking the sea. There are a variety of walks in the region to suit all abilities or just relax in the local hot springs (10 mins by car).
30 minutes by car is Cartagena, a cosmopolitan yet historic city which has beautiful architecture, a large port, Naval Museum and extensive shopping (El Corte Ingles, Zara, Mango etc).
The on-site golf course is currently under construction, but the nearest is situated at Camposol, which is a 9 hole course and only a 5 minute drive away. There are many other courses within driving distance, the closest being Fuenta Alamo, Torre Pacheco and, of course, the famous courses at La Manga, which are to the east. Further down the coast there are other courses at Valle de Este Golf Resort, Desert Springs and Marina Golf, Mojacar. Directions to these and many other courses will be available in the information pack at the bungalow.
How to get there
Many of the budget charter and also scheduled airlines fly into the two international airports at Alicante and Murcia San Javier. Murcia's San Javier Airport is less than an hour from Mazarron Country Club, whilst Alicante is an easy one and a quarter hour motorway journey away. An alternative to these two is Almeria, which is approx 1 hour and three quarters easy drive up the motorway.

Further details indoors: There is one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. The living/dining area is comfortably furnished with two double sofas, cable television with English and German channels, DVD player and radio/CD player. The kitchen is fitted out with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron, whilst outside on the rear patio there is a washing machine. There is a portable air-conditioning unit, ceiling fans and freestanding fans in the lounge, ceiling fans in the bedrooms plus heaters for the winter.
Further details outdoors: On the rear patio there is a jacuzzi, barbeque and patio furniture, and a table and chairs on the front terrace.

Included will be all bedlinen, towels (not pool/beach towels), electricity and final cleaning. At present, the swimming pool is only open during the peak Summer months, and is on a pay per use basis.

Short lets available, minimum 3 night stay to cover cost of cleaning etc. Long lets of 4 wks+ from £75 per week. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your stay at the time of booking, with the remainder due no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date. Bookings that are made less than six weeks before arrival the full payment is required.
A refundable breakage deposit of £75 is due with the final payment (from £125 for long lets). This will be refunded, subject to any deduction for loss or damage, within two weeks of your return.
