New for 2009 a beautiful whitewashed Golf villa containing all the facilities & amenities you will need for a great comfortable holiday with beautiful sunshine & wonderful memories,but we believe we can achieve this at our villa for our clients at excellent credit crunching prices without any compromise on quality of this villa or excellent service offered.
All rooms have ceiling fans to ensure your comfort throughout your stay, the lounge is complete with a large metal action sofabed to sleep up to 6, the villa comes well equipped for maximum comfort & enjoyment throughout your stay there.
on your private roof terrace you can enjoy the all day sunshine,with good views on nice sunbeds,or use the small barbecue to enjoy some alfresco dining.
The front terrace is complete with patio dining suite to sit & enjoy a nice botttle of wine & watch the sun go down daily.
The garden is all fenced for your privacy with a private gated driveway, a nice sized garden laid to white shingle stone complete with palm tree.
The villa really is really perfectly placed to enjoy the very close by, within walking distance amenities the Golf Resort of Camposol has to offer.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Murcia is a beautiful green region, steeped in history & architecture and the major attractions are all available locally. Attractions include weekly markets across the region, quad biking available at Sierra Espuna National Park only a 15 min drive away, beautiful beaches, coves and the azure waters of the Mediterranean a mere 10-minute drive away.
The beaches of the Costa Calida have been voted amongst the most child-safe in Europe.

This region also boasts beautiful cuisine & tapas, with fantastic seafood and abundant fresh fruit and vegetables. There are 24 golf courses in Murcia, some of which are among the finest in Europe. The villa has a good 18 hole course & clubhouse open to all, while Polaris World 10 minutess away is currently building 3 courses to be completed in August 2009.

Costa Calida is one of the hottest Costas with an average of 302 days a year of sunshine.

How to get there

The two main Airports for your holiday destination on Camposol near Mazarron are Murcia (San Javier) & Alicante Airport.
MURCIA AIRPORT IS A 50MIN DRIVE TO CAMPOSOL
ALICANTE AIRPORT IS A 1HR 10MIN DRIVE TO CAMPOSOL.
Both airports are serviced by many budget airlines such as RYANAIR, EASYJET, JET2COM, MONARCH, IBERIA ETC.
Car hire is available from all airports on arrival but it's best to book beforehand through www.economycarehire.co.uk as they give you the best deals For the majority of the airports agents.

All bookings for 2009 will receive a complimentary welcome pack (usually a charge is made)
airport transfers arranged should they be required.
All weekly laundry,electricity,water,pool use & cleaning costs are included in weekly rates.
A £50 deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your required dates,the balance can be paid in full on arrival, if a late booking,
A damages deposit of 100 euros is payable on arrival(receipt issued),however,on departure following villa inspection if villa left undamaged then the deposit is given back in full that day.
A cot is available at a small charge of 20 euros weekly.

For long term rates please enquire for excellent discounted rates,long term only catered for between end of October to Beginning of March Yearly.
