The development benefits from having a communal swimming pool, children´s pool and a bar/restaurant which serves traditional Spanish food including Tapas as well as the 'menu del dia' along with weekly live entertainment.
The property is ideally located for the pretty market town of Mazarron. There you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Mazarron Port is only a 10 minute drive from the villa and has a lovely palm lined promenade (paseo) with bars along the sea front and a large multi million Euro Marina with spectacular boats and yachts to see.

One full set of right handed golf clubs complete with stand bag is available for your use should you wish to try out one of the many courses in the area (handicap certificates are required at the time of booking your round).

The communal swimming pool complex is open during the peak Summer months, and is on a pay per use basis (around €5 per day) as it has a life guard for your safety at all times.
This beautiful tropical pool has a bar area serving drinks and snacks and is a lovely place to relax on a hot day.
The Costa Calida region
Murcia - A sunny and unspoilt region rich in history. Murcia's climate is ideal for the outdoor life all year round. Murcia region is known for very mild winters and dry hot summers - 310 days of sun on average per year. The average annual temperature is 19ºC. You might get the odd winter's night with just 5ºC but then in the day when the sun is out, you are fine wearing just a T-Shirt. A hot summers day in July or August with 35ºC to 40ºC we would recommend that you do it like the locals. Take it slow, enjoy the beach and be careful with the sun. There is very little rain in this part of Spain.
Murcia is also one of the cleanest areas in Spain with the least industrial pollution. The Costa Calida is easily accessed by land and air - foreign visitors fly into Murcia's San Javier airport or the major international airport of Alicante, an hour's drive to the north. Soon also is the new Murcia City airport near Corvera nearing completion.
Mazarrón town is 3 km from the Country Club and offers a choice of good restaurants, bars and a few shops plus the open market in the plaza every Saturday morning.
A few kilometres further brings you to Puerto de Mazarrón which boasts three marinas, one of which has recently been updated, and the area now incorporates an underground car park. This is beside the paseo with its long stretch of beach and numerous café bars and souvenir shops. The area comes alive during the holiday period of July and August with live music and entertainment until late.
Sunday mornings sees the large open market which attracts hundreds of visitors and is ideal for stocking up on local fresh fruit and vegetables. Amongst a myriad of stalls there is a wonderful selection of textiles, footwear, kitchenware and even freshly cooked chickens.
The town and port of Mazarrón boast a rich artistic heritage and a wide variety of leisure possibilities on the shores of the Mediterranean. The bay of Mazarron is enclosed by the mountain ranges of Sierras Moreras, Almenara, Algorobo, Lo Alto, Muela and slightly further to the North, Sierra Espuña.
The town has been a mining area since Carthaginian times, and Mazarrón's bay benefits from being in the shelter of the uplands.
More than 35 kilometres of unspoilt beaches, coves and rocky sea beds make it an ideal place to soak up the sun, enjoy water sports, go scuba diving and try the local cuisine, including of course, excellent fish restaurants.
MAZARRON COUNTRY CLUB:
Mazarron Country Club is surrounded by scenic hills and open countryside, making it an ideal location for walkers and nature lovers. The Country Club is a new urbanisation, set in a peaceful location, a short drive inland from the ´blue flag' beaches of Mazarron bay, about 5km inland from Mazarron town and a further 7 km from Puerto de Mazarron. Facilities include a restaurant serving meals, drinks and tapas, a large free form pay-to-use open air summertime pool, tennis courts and petanque pitches.
Golf courses are abound in the area, the nearest being Camposol and many others within a radius of 30 – 50 minutes including Hacienda del Álamo, La Manga and the 3 Jack Nicklaus designed Polaris World courses which will be only 10 minutes away.
The Sierra Espuña national park is an area of cool freshness, whether walking or cycling or horse riding you will discover splendid scenes of forest and mountains up to 1583 m altitude. Some of the rock formations are ideal walls for rock climbers. If you don't want so much action: Order a Paella in one of the mountain restaurants and enjoy the views.
