This villa has a particular homely feel & is recommended for families.
Fully & tastefully furnished throughout, with mobile air-con for the warmer weather & central heating for the cooler winter months.
Ample terracing surrounding the villa & a roof top solarium with spectacular golf course & mountain views alike.

Upstairs (accessible via external staircase) is the third bedroom with twin beds & third bathroom. Patio doors open out on to the tiled roof solarium. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, & all the rooms thoughout the house have ceiling fans & flyscreens at the windows. Furthermore, there is a mobile air-con unit & freestanding fan for extra cooling!

The Mazarron / Camposol area

Camposol is primarily a residential area & therefore best suited to families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

There are a choice of activities at hand however, including the 18 hole Sensol Golf Course on Camposol open to members & non-members alike. Other sports locally include bowling, tennis, petanque, horse riding & diving.

There is an assortment of bars, shops & restaurants on Camposol spread over two Commercial Centres
Only 10 minutes away is the historic town of Mazarrón, a typical Spanish town hosting not only supermarkets & restaurants but also a medical centre, pharmacy, police station & a weekly market. Just along from Mazarrón is the Port of Mazarrón with various sandy beaches, two marinas & plenty of night-life!

Travelling north from Camposol will bring you to the Sierra Espuña. A beautiful National Park with spectacular views & walks & plenty of wild life including the odd wild boar!
