Beautifully furnished & decorated detached villa with every comfort both inside & out. Double glazed. Sleeps 6 with airbed, this villa has 2 large double bedrooms & 2 large bathrooms.
With extended living area, benefits air-con, solar water heater, log burner & Sky TV.
Outside, covered furnished terrace, roof terrace, & ample terrace surrounding private pool.
Raised walls for extra privacy, off-road parking & not overlooked.

From the front terrace, you enter the villa straight into the spacious lounge & dining area. Beautifully furnished with dark wood dining suite to seat 6. 2 x 2 seater settees plus armchair, chandalier light fitting & further matching wood furniture. A feature corner log burner for the winter months and air-con to keep cool during the summer. Sky TV is installed, & can be watched on the large plasma screen.
The larger than average kitchen benefits a breakfast bar, as well as all the usual appliances.
There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. The extended master bedroom with air-con & chandalier has a luxurious feel & also hosts a chaise longue.
An en-suite bathroom with free standing Victorian style bath.
The second bedroom, with drapes over the bed, also has air-con, & is facing the second bathroom, with shower cubicle.

Further details outdoors:
Directly to the front of the villa, is a large covered terrace, with settees armchairs & table, also a full wicker & glass dining suite.
This overlooks the private pool, surrounded by loungers a swinging hammock, & stone seat. There is also a full table tennis table for a little gentle exercise!
Access to the roof top solarium is from the side of the house.
Fully paved garden with various established shrubs & cacti, also many stone ornaments. Very pretty indeed!
There is also a small outside bathroom for convenience when using the pool.
Extra privacy is given with the decorated raised walls.
There is also off road parking, or you can park the car directly outside the villa.

The Costa Calida region

Set in the south-east of Spain, the Costa Calida is home to approx 150 unspoilt beaches, coves, mountains & beautiful countryside.

The Mazarron / Camposol area

Camposol is primarily a residential area & therefore best suited to families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

There are a choice of activities at hand however, including the 18 hole Sensol Golf Course on Camposol open to members & non-members alike. Other sports locally include bowling, tennis, petanque, horse riding & diving.

There is an assortment of bars, shops & restaurants on Camposol spread over two Commercial Centres
Only 10 minutes away is the historic town of Mazarrón, a typical Spanish town hosting not only supermarkets & restaurants but also a medical centre, pharmacy, police station & a weekly market. Just along from Mazarrón is the Port of Mazarrón with various sandy beaches, two marinas & plenty of night-life!

Travelling north from Camposol will bring you to the Sierra Espuña. A beautiful National Park with spectacular views & walks & plenty of wild life including the odd wild boar!

Alicante Airport is 1hr 15 mins by car.

Numerous budget airlines (easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2 etc) fly to both airports from many parts of the UK.

Car rentals (such as Hertz, Avis, Europcar and many others) are available from both airports.

Taxis are available from both airports and a small, reasonably priced, car hire company is located on Camposol itself.
