This opens up to the large lounge with 2 settees, tables,Freeview TV, stereo & DVD player. There is an assortment of books DVDs & CDs to enjoy as well as an acoustic guitar for the musically minded!
A dining area to seat 8 in matching wood to the living area, leading to the pine fitted kitchen.
Beyond the living room is the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes & air-con, also en-suite bathroom with bath & shower over. Also on the ground floor, there are 2 twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes & a second bathroom with shower cubicle. Various fans are located around the villa. Upstairs, you will find a 4th bedroom (double) with en-suite, & tea & coffee making facilities. This is accessible via separate access providing extra privacy for those who require it.

The Costa Calida region

Set in the south-east of Spain, the Costa Calida is home to approx 150 unspoilt beaches, coves, mountains & beautiful countryside.
The Mazarron / Camposol area
Camposol is primarily a residential area & therefore best suited to families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
There are a choice of activities at hand however, including the 18 hole Sensol Golf Course on Camposol open to members & non-members alike. Other sports locally include bowling, tennis, petanque, horse riding & diving.
There is an assortment of bars, shops & restaurants on Camposol spread over two Commercial Centres
Only 10 minutes away is the historic town of Mazarrón, a typical Spanish town hosting not only supermarkets & restaurants but also a medical centre, pharmacy, police station & a weekly market. Just along from Mazarrón is the Port of Mazarrón with various sandy beaches, two marinas & plenty of night-life!
Travelling north from Camposol will bring you to the Sierra Espuña. A beautiful National Park with spectacular views & walks & plenty of wild life including the odd wild boar!
