Bright, spacious 2 bed villa with stunning views of the countryside and mountains from the large sun terrace to the rear of the property. Comfortably furnished and fully equipped, the villa is situated on the edge of the proposed golf course.

Just a short walk away is the fantastic Tropical style communal pool and tennis courts, There is also a bar and a restaurant in the centre of the resort.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The Costa Calida (warm coast) is situated in the South Eastern corner of Spain within the region of Murcia. The picturesque coastline stretches for 170km from La Manga in the North to Aguilas in the South. The beautiful Murcian coastline attracts sun worshippers and enthusiasts of all things nautical. By exploring a few kilometres inland you will discover stunning nature reserves, breathtaking landscape and towns and cities steeped in history. The region benefits from the mild Mediterranean climate with at least 315 days of sunshine, an amazing 2,800 hours of sun each year with hot summers and extremely mild winters, perfect for both summer holidays and escaping the cold winter´s in Northern Europe.

Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area

Mazarron is a small spanish town with a heritage of mining and seafaring and the nearby Puerto De Mazarron is a very popular resort with superb beaches, an abundance of water activities and an active nightlife. Both Mazarron and the port have indoor and outdoor markets selling local produce. To the south is Bolneuvo where you can see the peculiar rock formations, the Puntas de Calnegre Natural Park and many more gorgeous beaches and hidden coves. Mazarron and the port is just a short 10 to 15 minute drive away with plenty of shops, banks and restaurants. At the port you can stroll along the promenade, alongside the long sandy beaches, to the new marina. Country Club has a fantastic Tropical style swimming pool (open during the summer), tennis courts, petaque court, a bar and restaurant. There are many golf courses to try, the nearest being at Camposol, a 5 minute drive away. Here you will also find a spa with gym and many restaurants, bars, shops and banks.

How to get there

San Javier (Murcia) airport only 40 mins away.
Alicante 1 hour away.
Both airports are covered by the main airlines such as Jet2, Ryanair, BMI Baby, Easyjet, Monarch, FlyBe etc.

The villa is comfortably furnished with air conditioning, TV and separate DVD player and CD player. Lounge and dining area have seating for 4 people. Fully fitted kitchen with built in cooker/hob, washing machine and microwave. Off the lounge there are 2 good sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and free standing fans, one double bed and two singles. There is also a sofabed in the lounge. Shower room and toilet.

Further details outdoors:
The villa has a large sunny terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining in the warm Spanish evenings. The views from the terrace are fantastic, overlooking the countryside and mountains and the proposed golf course.
There is a smaller terrace at the front of the villa with utility area and sink and built in barbecue

A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount. The balance must be paid FOUR weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, at which time the necessary cleaning and linen charges along with the damage deposit are also due.

For bookings received within FOUR weeks of your holiday start date, the full payment, cleaning, linen and damage deposit charges is due at the time of booking.

Note: May we please advise you that a 3% levy is applied to all credit card transactions. This charge is applied by the banks and unfortunately we are obliged to pass this on to the customer.
