There is a private patio and utility area at the rear which leads out to a large gravelled garden area with uninterrupted views of the Algorrobo mountain range. By the front terrace there are newly planted fruit trees of lemon, orange and fig.
A short walk will take you to the communal pool, tennis courts and restaurant/bar which serves delicious lunchtime tapas and evening meals.
The development benefits from having a swimming pool; children's pool and a bar/restaurant which serves traditional Spanish food including Tapas along with weekly live entertainment. The property is ideally located for the pretty market town of Mazarron. There you will find a variety of traditional Spanish shops and weekly market selling locally grown produce. Mazarron Port is only a 10 minutes drive from the property and has a lovely palm lined promenade surrounded by mountains with bars and restaurants along the sea front.
A new marina has been built in the heart of the port which atttacts yachts and cruisers and a broad paseo extends right around the bay. Diving is fabulous and largely undiscovered around this coast and a dive centre is based in the marina.

Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area
Mazarron Country Club is situated in the hills above the town of Mazarron in the province of Murcia. It is an exclusive development nearing completion yet it is only a short drive to the beautiful Costa Calida beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo. The bungalow has wonderful mountain views, and from the rear garden you can watch the spectacular sunsets whilst enjoying a glass of vino!
In Puerto de Mazarron there are numerous cafes tapas bars and restaurants serving reasonably priced meals. A typical menu del dia is around 7 or 8 euros for 3 courses including wine! On Sundays there is a large market where you buy locally grown fruit and veg and is the perfect venue for bargain-hunting.
A little further afield are the historical cities of Murcia and Cartagena and for walkers a visit to the Sierra Espuna national park is a must.
