Casa Inglesa is situated in a fantastic location offering lovely open countryside views from the large lounge and bedroom windows. The rear area has a small walled sunny patio with -2 sunloungers- and a gate into the communal courtyard gardens. Casa Inglesa is furnished, with a 5ft KingBed, 1, 3 seater sofa bed & Satellite TV. Our bungalow offers comfortable living with a relaxed patio and garden, with club amenites close by.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida is also know as the 'hot' or 'warm' coast In fact in January 05 daytime temperatures were often in the mid 20's With approximately 320 days of sunshine a year, it's the ideal spot for holidays or longer out of season stays to escape the cold and wet British climate. Sea bathing is ideal also, with the temperature rarely falling below 18c
There are many beautiful unspoilt beaches (including one nudist) and pretty inlets along the bay of Mazarron. A backdrop on mountains rounds off the scene The area, as yet unspoilt, is a popular with the Spanish from Murcia/Cartagena and Madrid in summer, over the area never seems overcrowded For lovers of Golf, at present the most accessible course is only 5 minutes drive from the CountryClub. Many other courses are with easy travelling distance (at least eight!) with the world famous 'La Manga club' situated at the Mar Menor. Also 30mins away is the brand new Fuente de Alamo 18hole international course- see www.hdagolf.com. NB-The CountryClub will have it's own nine hole course shortly
Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area
The CountryClub is approx. 5-7mins from Mazarron town, (pronounced Matheron) with it's shops / markets / banks and cafes etc...Another 7-10mins you will arrive at 'Puerto de Mazarron' ##Pls note- The CountryClub offers a FREE shuttle bus service to the town and the port - however this MUST be pre booked the day before intended travel - Pls ask for details if rqd ## Here the harbour / marina / palm-lined promenade and blue flag beaches, stretch around the whole Bay of Mazarron There are plenty of bars / restaurants and shops to enjoy, or stroll along the promenade and watch the 'Spanish' world go by One of the larger beaches in the bay is - Bolneuvo, with many smaller ones dotted along the coast For trips further a field there are the cities of Murcia (pronounced Merthia) / Cartagena (Pronounced Cartaheena) with it's navel tradition and attractive buildings Plus the hill top site 'Guns of Mazarron', with far reaching views along the coast and inland the beautiful national park in the 'Sierra Espuna mountains' An abundance of wildlife lives here and it is a paradise for walkers / cyclists and climbers alike
How to get there
Mazarron Country Club - can be reached by flying to Alicante (1-15mins drive) or to Murcia (1hrs drive) I find that it's easier from Alicante (although further) because it's motorway most of the way. Budget airlines - easyJet / Jet2 / BmiBaby / FlyBe all serve Alicante from various regional UK airports. Car-Hire is plenty full at Alicante - www.Centauro.net - being my favourite

Tastefully decorated - with ALL new furnishings Casa Inglesa already has a combi TV/DVD unit - with local channels & Satellite TV for English programmes
Further details outdoors: The garden is planted with Mediterranean plants on one side. The patio is screened on both sides with trellis and flowers, giving the ideal spot for relaxing, or dining 'alfresco' and listening to the crickets (Not Buddy Holly)!

My husband, 8yr old daughter & I, really enjoyed our stay at 'CasaInglesa' in August. The pool was ideal for Sophie and we could relax at the pool cafe/restaurant and watch her swim
