The property is ideally located for the pretty market town of Mazarron. There you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Mazarron Port is only a 10 minute drive from the villa and has a lovely palm lined promenade (paseo) with bars along the sea front and a large multi million euro Marina with spectacular boat and yacht moorings.
This villa is a perfect home for either a romantic break for two or a family holiday.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The local area of Mazarron is blessed with its 35km coastline which is a wide-open bay on the Mediterranean, has 300 days of sunshine per year and is also labeled "Costa Calida" or the "Warm Coast".
The land and sea also provide a wealth of key leisure facilities, which make any holiday complete. The local marina, which consists of 200 moorings, can provide courses for the beginner and the more advanced sea person. The sea also provided rowing, water skiing, sea paragliding and diving at any level. The ranges of beaches on offer provide environments for couples, families and explorers.
The less sea able can enjoy the wonderful natural hikes and walks along the cost and hills of the area. A visit to the Sierra Espuña is also a must. You can also enjoy the less energetic walks through the marina and promenades (paseos) where you can stop and absorb the local community at play. Not forgetting the vital stop for local refreshments.
For those of us who love to shop and enjoy the taste of the city life you can visit the nearby cities of Murcia and Cartegena which are full of cultural sites and modern shops.
Costa Calida has a vast array of golf courses and sports facilities. The most famous being ¨La Manga Club¨. For the keen golfers this is the region to visit and play a round of golf.
Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area
As a result of its history, the streets of Mazarron contain interesting monuments. Those to consider are its Town Hall and the former Cultural Centre, which are of Modernist style and stand as indications of the splendor of the beginning of the century. Behind the Town Hall is the church of San Andres (16th Century) with a beautiful Mudejar coffered ceiling and nearby, the Convent of La Purisima (the patron saint of the town).
Besides the history you can also spend a little money by purchasing the wonderful fresh produce grown locally at the Mazarron Town indoor Market at Plaza del Convento which is open Monday to Saturday. There is also an open air market held in the parking area in Plaza del Convento every Saturday. At the Port there is a weekly Sunday market held close to the Bus Station where you can buy everything from shoes to bedding.
Of course the area has an abundance of beautiful beaches which cover all the visitor´s requirements. There are beaches for young children, which are shallow and calm and for the more daring a nudist beach.
Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom villa is located on the newly developed Mazarron Country Club. When entering the complex you are welcomed to a stylish strolling boulevard with grass, shrubs and palm trees. Elegant illuminated statues and bench seating ensure a welcome and relaxed feel to our special villa.
Before reaching our villa you will be introduced to the Country Club complex facilities. This exquisite complex has a large tropical communal swimming pool, tennis courts, petanque pitch and on site restaurant that ensure the visitor has plenty on site activities to keep them entertained.
How to get there
Mazarron Country Club is well placed with several choices of airport to get the best deals with the no-frills charter and scheduled airlines. Murcia´s St Javier Airport is only 45 minutes away via the new motorway E15-AP7. Alicante Airport is an easy one and a quater hour motorway journey along the A7-E15. You can even fly to Almeria airport (flights into Almeria are often a lot cheaper) which is approximately one and three quater hours away using the new E15-AP7 motorway.

Further details indoors: Our villa has all the home comforts and material needs every family member could require. The decor is tasteful and to a high quality. We have taken great pride in furnishing our villa and hope you enjoy your stay here.
There is one double bedroom with a flat screen TV installed, a twin bedroom, both with ample storage facilities and remote controlled hot/cold air conditioning. A well equipped bathroom with shower. The living/dining area is comfortably furnished to a high standard with two double sofas (one of which can sleep a further 2 guests), cable television with English (including BBC, ITV etc) French, German and Spanish channels. There is a DVD PLAYER AND PLAY STATION with a number of games to further enhance your enjoyment of our villa.
Also included for our guests to use are a set of right handed golf clubs. The nearest 18 hole golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
Further details outdoors: There is a large PRIVATE swimming pool, POOL/BEACH TOWELS NOT PROVIDED spacious terracing with ample room for sunbathing. Garden furniture with sun loungers. Table and chairs are provided for your enjoyment of the wonderful views from the property. Imagine dining al fresco watching the sun setting over the mountain ranges sipping a gin and tonic after a perfect day sunbathing or sight seeing - bliss...

Change over day is flexible - so you can take advantage of cheaper mid-week flights.
No premium rates for half-term or Easter.
A fee of 65 euros will be required on collection of keys to cover cleaning costs to be paid locally.
A deposit of 100 GBP is required to secure a booking, with the balance being due 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within a month full payment is required with booking form. Bookings made in less than 3 weeks payment is required on arrival in EUROS cash.
A SEPERATE refundable breakage deposit of 100GBP is due with the final payment. This will be refunded, subject to any deduction for loss or damage within two weeks of your return to UK.
If more than 4 guests a charge of 10 euros per person per week will be charged for extra laundry payable locally.
