This bungalow is ideal for couples looking for a romantic retreat with its stunning views across the mountains from its patio and garden. The terrace is south facing and enjoys sunshine throughout the day but the bungalow also enjoys views of the sunrise and sunset which are both breathtaking to see. A fixed bamboo shelter provides shade for that long, lazy lunch cooked on the brick built BBQ. The beautiful LARGE PRIVATE FREE-FORM POOL, 7m x 6m at its widest point provides a cool and refreshing experience before relaxing on the comfortable loungers. The interior of the bungalow more than equals the luxury of the exterior. The lounge is stylishly furnished with free cable TV, DVD and radio/CD player. The dining area enjoys a table and chairs for indoor eating and the kitchen is fully-fitted, with oven, hob and extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The bungalow has air-conditioning and ceiling fans and has heating for those out-of-season cooler evenings.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Costa Calida and the surrounding area enjoys an exceptionally sunny climate helped by the surrounding mountains and this, together with its magnificent unspoilt beaches, a number of golf courses and excellent restaurants, is an ideal location for relaxing and unwinding.
Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area
Cartegena, Mazarron, Puerto Mazarron all have characters of their own and provide historic interest together with good shopping facilities.
On the Mazarron Country Club site there is a large swimming pool and tennis courts available and a club house for light refreshments. There is a good selection of golf courses nearby and several fantastic, wide sandy beaches within easy reach of the bungalow. For the shopping experience there is the city of Cartagena located about 30 minutes drive away and the nearest supermarket is 5 mins drive away. For cultural interest there is the city of Cartagena and the town of Lorca with its magnificent castle but a day trip to Alhambra Palace in Granada should not be missed - booking essential. The countryside around is well worth exploring by car or by bike.
How to get there
Monarch Airlines and budget airlines provide a good daily service all year from a large selection of UK airports into San Javier, Murcia which is 40 mins drive to the villa. There is a very easy motorway link from San Javier airport direct to Mazarron Country Club.
British Airways, Monarch, and a number of other airlines fly into Alicante airport which is located 1 hr 15 mins drive again by motorway.
There is a good selection of car rental firms including Europcar and Hertz.

Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 to be refunded if no breakages occur within two weeks of departure from bungalow.
25% non-refundable deposit payable on booking and the balance (non-refundable) 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking.
Normal departure and arrival times are by midday and after 3.00 p.m. respectively to allow for changeover.
