This is one of two of our bungalowswhich is situated in a quiet Cul-De-Sac on the Mazarron Country Club,(see property No 25549) built in 2004 and thoughtfully decorated to ensure maximum space and comfort for our guests. It has been equipped with everything our guests would ever need for a totally relaxing holiday, including a Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for your private use. If there is a special requirement we will ensure it is supplied. Some of the most unspoilt beaches in Spain are a 10 minute drive away offering everything from SCUBA diving to fishing. Inland you will find the beautiful Sierra Espuna National park approximately 30 minutes away. Full details of all places of interest along with detailed maps can be found at our property. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping trips with the historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena 30 minutes away along with the large local daily markets in the surrounding towns and villages. Our bungalow has been chosen for its quiet relaxing location where we can help our guests recharge and have a totally trouble free break.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida, literally meaning 'the warm coast' stretches some 250km from the Mediterranean beaches of Aquikas to the boundaries of Alicante, and takes in Murcia. Here the semi-arid subtropical climate,with an average of 315 days a year of sunshine and average annual sea temperatures of 18 degrees result in the mildest winters in Spain. According to the The World Health Organization the area has one of the healthiest climates in the world.Murcia is a small region and a short journey of 100 Km between the two most distant points will reveal very different areas. The mines, the vegetable gardens and the mountains, along with the coastline, have been its main features throughout a long history full of events that very well could pass for legends. one of our aims is to encourage the curiosity of our guests, as, in such a short space, it would be impossible to combine each and every feature that adds to the appeal of Murcia. Although it can be difficult not to give in to laziness when lying on a beach,or by the pool, it is well worth the effort.
Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area
The town and port of Mazarrón, on Murcia's Costa Cálida, offer our guests a wealth of artistic heritage and an interesting variety of leisure possibilities.The first foothills of the Sierra de la Almenara mountains, a mining area since Carthaginian times, shelter Mazarrón's bay. More than 35 kilometres of unspoilt beaches, coves and rocky sea beds make it an ideal place to soak up the sun, do water sports and go scuba diving and try the local cuisine. In the port, around the fishing port and fish market, the traveller can get a taste of its seafaring tradition. Mazarron Country Club is situated in the hills above the town of Mazarron and is a small private urbanisation with exciting plans for the future.
How to get there
Our properties are approxamately 1hr 30mins from Alicante Airport and 50 mins from Murcia (San Javier) Airport depending on your driving experience. We recommend using carjet.com for car rental. Airport pickup can be arranged. Links to cheap flight airlines can be found on our website.

Further details indoors: We will also provide our guests with a large up-to- date collection of DVD titles to watch and a large varied selection of CD music. To keep the older children happy we provide an X-Box games console and a selection of games.
Further details outdoors: Our bungalow is situated 100 metres from the Mazarron Country Club communal centre where guests can use one of three tennis courts (Rackets and balls are provided) and a Petanque area free of charge. There is an impressive communal pool which is open during the peak season. At present there is a small charge in order to maintain the services of the lifeguard. The Restaurant Bar is also located here and is open during the day for Tapas or Menu del Dias, all at a very reasonable price
