The villa benefits from uninterrupted views of pine woods and mountains; and is in a quiet location with views of the 18 hole golf course and club house just a short distance away. There is a comfy lounge /dining room with DVD and CD/radio and the kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. Bedrooms are air conditioned and for winter occupation, a wood burner and radiators provide a cosy atmosphere. Outside there is ample furniture and space for sunbathing, sitting in the shade or enjoying a meal from the brick built barbecue. The large, fully maintained swimming pool measures 10mx5m with easy access Roman steps at the shallow end. In the pool room you will find a separate toilet, an impressive bar area with two fridges for cold drinks, Hi-Fi equipment with CD player and a high quality pool/snooker table. Garden lighting provides an ideal setting for those late warm evenings. Local shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida is fast becoming an eagerly sought after holiday destination. The region boasts well in excess of 300 sunny days a year; winters are mild and beaches clean and gently shelving. The historic naval town of Cartagena and the old cannon on nearby hilltops are well worth exploring. The area is well served by a developing network of modern motorways so travelling around by car is relatively easy.
Mazarron / Camposol area
The Sierra Espuna national park is within a short drive of Campogolf. It is a wonderful spot to picnic and at altitude in the high summer the cooling breezes are most welcome. The beaches and restaurants at Puerto de Mazarron are only 10/15 minute drive and for those wishing to play golf a new 18 hole course is on the doorstep. Local shops, supermarket and restaurants are just a short walk away.
How to get there
Local international airports at Alicante (a straightfoward 80 minutes drive to Campogolf), and Murcia, San Javier ( 60 minutes drive) are comprehensively served by Easy Jet, Ryanair, Monarch, BA etc. Car hire, from both airports, can be easily and securely arranged at competitive rates on-line at www.carjet.com. An enjoyable alternative to flying is the mainland drive from channel ports through France. Further details indoors: The villa occupancy can be increased to seven for groups of six travelling also with a baby needing only a cot. A booster seat and a bed guard are available for young children. INCLUDED: All air conditioning and heating charges according to season. INCLUDED: Towels, linen and bedding; changed at approx. seven day intervals for lets of more than nine nights. INCLUDED: Final clean at the end of your holiday. Fly screens are fitted to windows in all downstairs rooms and both double bedrooms have king size beds with comfortable "Memory Foam" mattresses. Two bedrooms are on the ground foor and the third bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom and private sun deck is on the upper floor, accessible ONLY by an outside staircase. The property is comprehensively equipped to provide a home-from-home holiday experience and is maintained and kept clean between lets by our local representatives.
Further details outdoors: There are three separate dining areas to choose from: on the kitchen patio for breakfast, on the front terrace for afternoon tea, and in the garden there is a 1.8m diameter black granite dining table seating ten. The large pool room provides futher seating for pre-dinner drinks or entertainment. A high quality 8 foot pool/snooker table is also available in the pool room. There are six sun loungers and several sun parasols.

Conditions
Minimum hire is one week. Periods DO NOT have to run Saturday to Saturday. Daily rate for part week rentals of more than one week. This villa is situated in a residential area of a golf resort and is suitable primarily for families and mixed couples. Unfortunately, single sex groups of more than two cannot be accommodated. The use of the pool/snooker table and equipment is a NO CHARGE option but an additional deposit against loss or damage will be required from guests who take up this option. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and that pets are not permitted.

Seasonal weekly rental rates increase/decrease on Saturdays. For bookings which run Saturday to Saturday the rent per week shall be the same as the rate applicable to the first Saturday in that week.
Rents for bookings which do not run Saturday to Saturday and rent for part weeks (ie additional days: nightly rate applies) shall be calculated according to the number of days falling in each seasonal period. The day of departure is ignored for the purposes of this calculation.
