About the home

Beautifully presented villa with air conditioning and own private pool, very comfortably furnished and decorated to a high standard. Outside in the spacious garden area you will find a large pool with sunbathing area with sun loungers, patio furniture and a built-in barbecue. There are mountain views all around. The villa itself is situated in an excellent position which means a 2 minute walk will get you to the bar/restaurant, tennis courts and communal pool. The villa itself comprises of:

The interior has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with ample storage facilities, bathroom with bath and shower. The living/dining area is comfortably furnished, with English (BBC/ITV etc) channels. DVD player. The fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron, juicer etc.

Conditions

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking, with balance being due 8 weeks before departure. For bookings made within a month of departure, full payment is required immediately.

A refundable breakage deposit of £100 is due with the final payment. This will be refunded, subject to any deduction for loss or damage, within two weeks of your return.

If more than 4 people are staying, there will be an additional charge of £10 per week for additional bedlinen and towels.

The Costa Calida region

The property is on the Costa Calida which stands for warm coast, over 300 sunny days a year with winter temperature rarely dropping into single figures. The area is very mountainous yet 10 minutes drive from the sea.

Enjoy the many beautiful beaches and pretty inlets along the bay of Mazarron which is the undiscovered Spain, unspoilt by commercialism but popular with Spaniards who visit during the summer months. The Espuna mountains and National park with pine trees and fantastic views are only about 25 mins away and for those Golf enthusiasts, there is a course about 5 mins away and many others a short distance including the new Fuente de Alamo 18 hole international course 30 mins away, and of course the famous La Manga Club about 40 mins away.

The Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area

Lying between Mazarron Country Club and the sea is the typical Spanish town of Mazarron; on the coast is Puerto de Mazarron with its harbour, marina, palm-lined promenade and where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Just 10 mins drive from the Country Club you will find the beautiful beach of Bolneuvo and as you drive along the coast towards the Puerto you will find some great inlets and more great beaches. The two nearest cities to Mazarron are Murcia itself (about 40 min drive), the provincial capital and Cartagena, (about 30 min drive) the ancient Roman coastal city port.

The Mazarron Country Club site is a prestigious new development which boasts a large tropical swimming pool with children’s pool area, tennis courts and a restaurant serving traditional Spanish and International cuisine. Whilst the on-site golf course is currently under construction you could try Camposol 5 mins away which has two 9 hole courses.

Many of the budget charter and also scheduled airlines fly into the two international airports at Alicante and Murcia San Javier. Murcia’s San Javier Airport is about an hour from Mazarron Country Club, whilst Alicante is an easy one and a quarter hour motorway journey away. An alternative to these two is Almeria, which is approx 1 hour and three quarters easy drive up the motorway. Further recommendations and advice can be given at time of booking if requested.

“Ideal accommodation for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday” Booking procedure was very easy and owner was a pleasure to deal with. A lovely villa which contained everything you needed for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. Villa was clean, a good sized swimming pool and plenty of room around pool to sunbathe, eat or play games. Furniture indoors was in very good condition and well equipped. In good position on complex and in private position. Would recommend this accommodation without a doubt.

“PEACEFULL, PRIVATE AND JUST WHAT WE NEEDED” We had 9 days in June with family and freinds, the villa was clean and tidy with lots of little touches to make you feel at home and not in a "sterile"environment. The pool was great with pool games like bats and balls etc. We all just chilled out for the whole period with trips into Mazzeron every other night for for a bite to eat. All the facilities were more than adequate for our stay and would love to go back again
