Our villa has all the home comforts and material needs every family member requires. We have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer months and for the cooler months we have heating and a log fire. This is not just a rental property, but our family holiday home. The decor is tasteful and to a high quality. We have taken a great pride in furnishing our villa and hope you enjoy your stay here.
As we have a young family the villa has a travel cot, high chair and a microwave sterilizer for babies bottles. We have provided the latest in game consoles, with our PS3. We have cable TV which provides a large range of British channels such as BBC1 and ITV.

Our beautiful villa is set in landscaped illuminated enclosed gardens. Providing a safe contained area for the younger members of the family, but also privacy for the grown ups. Our home has a private pool (9x4m) which is cleaned weekly. The outside area benefits from sun loungers and facilities for outdoor eating and cooking. The main upstairs bedroom has a sun terrace from where you see beautiful views of the countryside & mountains.

Booking Conditions:
A completed booking form plus a £100 deposit is required to secure booking within the first week of making the booking.
£150 is required as a security bond within 6-8 weeks of start of holiday, which is refunded in full after inspection.
Full payment is required within 6-8 weeks of start of holiday.
Rates are per property per week in UK Pounds and is all inclusive.
The Costa Calida region


The local area of Mazarron is blessed with its 35km coastline which is a wide-open bay on the Mediterranean, has 300 days of sunshine per year and is also labelled “Costa Calida”or the “Warm Coast”.
The land and sea also provide a wealth of key leisure facilities, which make any holiday complete. The local marina, which consists of 200 moorings, can provide courses for the beginner and the more advanced sea person. The sea also provides rowing, water skiing, sea paragliding and diving at any level. The ranges of beaches on offer provide environments for couples, families and explorers.
The less sea able can enjoy the wonderful natural hikes and walks along the coast and hills of the area. A visit to the Sierra Espuna is also a must. You can also enjoy the less energetic walks through the marina and promenades (paseos) where you can stop and absorb the local community at play. Not forgetting the vital stop for local refreshment.
For those of us who love to shop and enjoy the taste of city life you can visit the nearby cities of Murcia and Cartegena which are full of cultural sites and modern shops.
Costa Calida has a vast array of golf courses and sports facilities. The most famous being "La Managa Club". For the keen golfers this is the region to visit and play a round of golf.
The Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area
As a result of its history, the streets of Mazarrón contain interesting monuments. Those to consider are its Town Hall and the Former Cultural Centre, which are of Modernist style and stand as indications of the splendor of the beginning of the century. Behind the Town Hall is the church of San Andrés (16th century), with a beautiful Mudejar coffered ceiling and nearby, the Convent of La Purísima (the patron saint of the town).
Besides the history you can also spend a little money by purchasing the wonderful fresh produce grown locally at the Mazarron Town indoor Market at Plaza del Convento which is open Monday to Saturday. There is also an open air market held in the parking area in Plaza del Convento every Saturday. At the Port there is a weekly Sunday market held close to the Bus Station where you can buy everything from shoes to bedding.
Of course the area has an abundance of beautiful beaches which cover all the visitor's requirements. There are beaches for young children, which are shallow and calm and for the more daring a nudist beach.
Our three bedroom, two-bathroom villa is located on the newly developed Mazarron Country Club. When entering the complex you are welcomed to a stylish strolling boulevard with grass, shrubs and palm trees. Elegant illuminated statues and benched seating ensure a welcome and relaxed feel to our special home.
Before reaching our villa you will be introduced to our complex's facilities. The exquisite complex has a large tropical communal swimming pool, tennis courts, petanque pitch and on site restaurant that ensure the visitor has plenty on site activities to keep them entertained.

The area's main airports are Alicante and Murcia's San Javier. These airports have regular daily charter and scheduled flights from the UK . The main airlines that fly to these airports are Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe, and Monarch, just to name a few. Combined with these two international airports the area is served with excellent road links. These vital communication links provide the traveller great access to and from Mazarron and allows the exploration of other local surrounding areas.

The Villa is very well maintained & furnished, both inside and out. There are 2 decent sized Bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom between and another downstairs, which is en-suite. All have Air-con, which is a blessing from end-June onwards. Outside, there is a shaded Dining area, which seats 6 comfortably, and a fabulous pool, which is great for cooling down in. |
