About the home

This is the perfect home for either a romantic break for two or a holiday for a small family and can be enjoyed all year round.

A lovely 1 bed Bungalow situated within the sought after development in Mazarron at the foothills of the Algorrobo mountain range.

The bungalow is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and a new water filtration system provides fresh drinking water

There is plenty of space in the living area with 2 x 2 seater sofas and Satellite T.V. A hot/cold airconditioning unit is installed to help maintain an ideal indoor temperature whatever the season.

A comfortable doube bed guarantees a good nights sleep and there is an overhead fan to help keep you cool during the summer. For extra guests there are electronically inflatable single beds which are very simple and quick to use.

The kitchen is compact and fully equipped for your stay and leads out onto a private patio area which is sheltered and secure -a perfect place to enjoy your morning cuppa!

From the front terrace you can sit and enjoy the idyllic views overlooking olive groves towards the Sierra Espuna National Park and there are some spectacular sunsets over the mountains to be seen

The dining area on the patio is under cover and gives welcome shade from the Summer heat

The development benefits from having a swimming pool; children's pool and a bar/restaurant which serves traditional Spanish food including Tapas along with weekly live entertainment.

The property is ideally located for the pretty market town of Mazarron. There you will find a variety of traditional Spanish shops and weekly market selling locally grown produce. Mazarron Port is only a 10 minutes drive from the property and has a lovely palm lined promenade surrounded by mountains with bars and restaurants along the sea front.

A new marina has been built in the heart of the port which atracts yachts and cruisers and a broad paseo extends right around the bay.
Diving is fabulous and largely undiscovered around this coast and a dive centre is based in the marina

A short drive will take you to the Sierra Espuna National Park which is a very popular location for walkers and nature lovers.

Further afield are the cities of Cartagena, Lorca and Murcia providing a fascinating insight to the history and culture of this wonderful area all waiting for you to discover!

The Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area

Mazarron Country Club is situated in the hills above the town of Mazarron in the province of Murcia. It is an exclusive development nearing completion yet it is only a short drive to the beautiful Costa Calida beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo. The bungalow overlooks olive groves and mountains and the front terrace provides the perfect place to enjoy the view with a glass of vino!

There is a private patio and utility area at the rear which leads out to a communal garden area with fountain and a 5 minute walk will take you to the communal pool, tennis courts and restaurant/bar which serves delicious lunchtime tapas and evening meals.

In Puerto de Mazarron there are numerous cafes tapas bars and restaurants serving reasonably priced meals. On Sundays there is a large market where you buy locally grown fruit and veg and is the perfect venue for bargain-hunting.

A little further afield are the historical cities of Murcia and Cartagena and for walkers a visit to the Sierra Espuna national park is a must.

“Perfect bolt hole for a quiet getaway” This bungalow is great if you want a quiet getaway. This is our second stay here and is ideal for me and my teenage children. Within walking distance of the shared pool area and bar on the Country Club and lovely views and surrounding countryside. You will need a car to get to supermarkets and Mazarron Port and town - there isn't a shop on site. Some lovely beaches within a short drive. This bungalow is great value for money and the owners have been very helpful and great to deal with
