Our villa is situated only 5 minutes walk to the first tee at Camposol golf course but also has the beauty of being only 10 minutes walk to all the shops , bars and restaurants. The beach is 10 km away with numerous coves to explore.
The front of the villa has now got a large dining area plus a small external terrace with small table and chairs to sip your sangria and enjoy the views. At the rear of the villa is a full length terrace with large outside dining table and 6 chairs. From this terrace you access stairs to the full roof solarium with BBQ.

The Fortuna Villa has recently been extended and repainted plus new air con put in ( the Villa has air con in the lounge/main bedroom which keeps all the Villa cool) for the hot summer days/nights. The front of the villa has now got a large dining area plus a small external terrace with small table and chairs to sip your sangria and enjoy the views. At the rear of the villa is a full length terrace with large outside dining table and 6 chairs. From this terrace you access stairs to the full roof solarium with BBQ.
The bedrooms are made up of one double bed, one with 2 singles and one with bunk beds. The lounge has two settes plus large TV with Sky channels.

The Villa has a large 9m x 4m pool which has sunbeds , the view are wonderful with a golf course to look across as well as mountain backdrop. The villa has a private parking space and enough area of the garden to find shade if needed, there are lemon trees plus Pomegranate which you are welcome to pick in season.

We don't take a deposit for breakages as we trust people to leave the villa as they find it, towels and bed linen are provided . If you do accidentally break something we ask you to replace or contact us to arrange payment.
Highchair and cot available for hire.
Conditions
We ask for a £50 deposit and the remainder 4 weeks before your holiday. This can be paid by cheque or credit/debit card straight into my paypal account.Keys and directions will be sent 2 weeks before departure.
The Costa Calida region
The property is on the Costa Calida which stands for warm coast, over 320 sunny days a year with winter temperature rarly dropping into single figures. The area is very mountainous yet 10 minutes drive from the sea. The property is on a golf complex with the Camposol Golf club being 2 minutes drive from the door. On the complex rae bars, shops and restaurants but the seaside town of Puerto De Mazzaron with its beautiful walkway around the bay hosts restaurants of all nationalities. You won't find Mcdonalds or English pubs but that might be the attraction ! The Spanish love children and families can peacefully watch there children play whilst whiling away the hours. From the beach you can get involved with differnet types of water sports or just laze. The resort caters for all with boat trips also available.
The Mazarron / Camposol area
Some of the other activities in the area are diving schools, canoe hire, mountain bike hire and beautiful coastal walks.
