This detached house has room for a total of 8 persons. It has 3 double bedrooms, two large comfortably furnished living rooms (one with sofa bed and pull out bed), well equipped kitchen & two modern bathrooms (1 en suite)one with full size bath, shower, bidet, basin, the other spacious shower room. The master bedroom has it's own en suite with full-size bath, shower, bidet, basin, large double bed and pine wardrobes and attractive rattan furntiure. The other two bedrooms have ample storage and full size single beds. The villa has air con and fans. There is a washing machine, sat tv, stereo. Upstairs is a huge roof top terrace with fantastic views of the golf and surrounding breathtaking scenery - mountain views, a lovely shady pergola with tables & chairs for al fresco dining with fabulous views, sunloungers.. The villa has a larger than average garden divided into 3 areas. There are plenty of garden tables & chairs, sunloungers. There is a large private pool, shade, shower, sunloungers by the pool, the garden around the house has a pergola offering shade, fruit trees, exotic plants, bbq. There is also a box of goodies to make your stay easier - toys to borrow, several sun umbrellas, buckets & spades and pool toys etc
Linen and towels are provided at no extra charge as is a welcome pack and cleaning is also included. Payment may be made in £sterling or euros

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida (warm coast) known for around 322 days of sunshine a year offers some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the South East of Spain. It is one of the few regions in Spain that is not yet overcrowded by tourism. It's about 250km in length, reaching from the city of El Mojon, just south of the province of Alicante, to the border of andalucia, near the town of Aguilas. This coastal area offera a lot, from the exciting Mar Menor(small sea) where the water is an average 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the Mea, to the quiet beaches in the Mazarron area. There are perfect Sandy coves and shallow inlets that make it ideal for children, and pedallos and canoes can be hired at some of the locations. A short car or bus journey will take you to the beautiful area of Port de Mazarron with its plentiful bars and restaurants, night life, Marina and shops. Water sports and fishing trips are available along with Scuba Diving schools. 20 minutes by car takes you into Totana, famous for its ceramics, you can call and see the pottters at work. There is also a market on a Wednesday...popular for its fresh produce, clothes and shoe stalls. A further ten minutes drive will take you into the Sierra Espuna, this is a National Park and has some breathe taking views, a 17th century monastry and church which are well worth a visit. Cycling and climbing trips can be arranged locally for those who feel energetic. The towns of Lorca, Murcia and Cartegena are around 45 minutes drive from Camposol all full of culture, museums and fantastic shopping. A bus from Camposol will take you into Totana where you can get the train to Lorca, Murcia and Cartegena if you want a rest from driving...fares are very reasonable.
Mazarron / Camposol Golf area
Casa Charlotta is situated 5 minutes from the Golf Club on Camposol - meals and snacks are available. It is approximately 20/25 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants, bowling alley and supermarkets on the Camposol commercial centre. There you can buy all your provisions and re-fuel your car at the petrol station. If you like nice quiet walks there is a hot spring which is free to anyone set in its own natural surroundings. The bars at the centre offer entertainment - live bands on most nights. There are also some nice areas to walk over the rambling hills. The golf club has a Driving Range and equipment is available for hire. However you will need your Handicap Certificate if you fancy a game of Golf. The surrounding areas offer horse riding, tennis, ten pin bowling and go-carting. Many festivales are held in the area at certain times of the year and leaflets and other information can be picked up at the tourist information office in Port de Mazarron.
How to get there
Easy links to San Javier (Murcia Airport)45 min and Alicante Airport 75 min all with no frills airlines have made travling to this area so easy in Spain most cost effective. Airport transfers, car hire and insurance can be aranged by us if requied. Further details indoors: The villa is decorated throught in white, very comfortable with all mod cons one can cook or BBQ and play music or watch satelite television we also have hot and cold airconditioning in the bedrooms and lounge. There is a shower or bath if you prefer. All in all it will be home from home but in the sun.
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool is 9m x 5m and there are several sun loungers round the pool areas. There is large secure walled garden divided into 2 areas - the first surrounding the villa and for private sun-bathing there is the huge roof terrace, the second is the raised pool garden.

Conditions
Strickly no smoking in the villa. There is a 100 pound deposit held as a bond for any damages/breakages, which is refundable after inspection carried out after your stay and returned approximatley 2 weeks later. 25% of rental to be paid to secure the booking - the remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Thank you for a lovely holiday.The weather could not have been better, we were glad to have the airconditioning and the pool . The local shopping centre was very good and I would recommend the restaurants .The hot spring was well worth a visit .
