About the home

The property is set on the edge of outstanding open views of the mountains. Furnished to a high standard with a 7x4 kidney shape pool, sun beds & table with 4 chairs. New for 2009 a conservatory, this opens fully on two sides.

Situated just a short walk away is the communal pool that carries a small daily charge, bar restaurant where
you can relax and enjoy a glass or two

Lounge consists of dining table which opens up to fit six people, 32 flat screenTV (with English channels), CD/DVD player, 3seater & 2 seater leather sofa, coffee table and air conditioning. Kitchen is fitted with built in electric cooker/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Off the lounge are 1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room both fitted with quality mattresses , built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. Shower room with toilet.

To the rear of the property is a conservatory with 4 luxury wicker chairs which leads of from the lounge and overlooks the pool and proposed golf course. This opens fully on two sides, to allow you to enjoy the summer breeze! leading out to a table & 4 chairs Sun loungers situated around the 7x4 kidney shaped pool (depth 4-6 feet, not advisable for small children).

The front of the property has planted entrance with a small patio area, with doorway to utility area with tiled built in bbq with sink.

Costa calida region is south of the costa blanca with murcia being its main city ,this region is known for it
warm climate having a average temperature of 18--36 C and 12C and above in the winter months, making
it a ideal place to stay all the year round
local towns include totana and alhama further away is sierra espuna the national park
murcia is some 45 min drive away ,but why not leave the car at totana and catch the train as many locals do
and enjoy this beautiful city

Mazarron is a delightfull small spanish town that has a friendly indoor/outdoor markets where you
can purchase local produce,and shops/banks ect
a very short drive away is the puerto mazarron with restaurants in abundance catering for every cuisine
and taste,a lovely promenade lined with palm trees ,adjacent to a long sandy beach and marina
mazarron and the port is just a very short drive away (10--15 min) from the country club that has its own
restaurant/bar swimming pool/tennis courts,
local activities include,walkin/cycling golf many courses within 45 min drive of the country club with the nearest
10 min drive away at camposol where you can enjoy chinese/indian cuisine along with a irish bar that has
evening entertainment

“Excellent Villa” The villa was very well equipped and very clean and tidy. The outside area was superb, the sunbeds were clean and the pool was cleaned and maintained twice a week. Overall a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the sun!

“Fantastic stay” An absolutely fanatastic weeks holiday at this villa. A very clean , well equipped villa that made our stay a very enjoyable weeks holiday. Superb outdoor pool with plenty of seating areas for my family. The two bedrooms were immaculate and freshly cleaned lined was awaiting us on our arrival. Well stocked kitchen , and a cracking air conditioning unit that made the living room a pleasant area to escape the midday sun. As a family we can't wait to return !

“A good location to see an unspolit part of Spain.” We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped villa. It is a good central location close to a number of beaches, the city of Murcia and a stunning scenery in the nearby hills. Puerto de Mazarron is close by with great beaches and the port city of Cartegena is definitely worth a visit. Great local, inexpensive car hire was a great bonus with the property.

“The perfect place to switch off” We have used this villa several times over the years and have always found the whole experience extremely relaxing. From the second we step off the plane at Alicante, we know where we are going, we know what to expect when we get there and the local facilities are fantastic with everything you need within a couple of minutes by car. The location is very quiet and the local residents are all very pleasant. Being two minutes away from the motorway though (which you cannot hear) you can get to almost anywhere from the villa with minimal fuss. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.
