A bright and roomy villa situated in a very quiet and peaceful location. The accommodation is all on the same floor. The villa is positioned on a large plot with high walls which gives the large 8m x 4m pool great privacy. This villa also has the benefit of a large terrace, partially under cover, with a large three seater sofa, and table and chairs for morning coffee. The additional dining area is outside under a pergola, with table and 6 chairs, plus a gas BBQ, and overlooks the pool There is also a windscreened sunbathing area on the rooftop solarium, which is a perfect suntrap for topping up the tan when the weather is a little windy or during the cooler months.
The master bedroom has a double bed, with an airconditioning unit above and a safe fitted into the wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms have twin beds and share the family bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has its own portable TV with video player and PS2 games player. A selection of games and videos are available for use by guests.
The TV in the living area has British free sat, and comes with video and dvd players. There is also a portable radio/cd player. In the kitchen you will find a newly fitted top of the range dishwasher, with the top of the range digital washing machine located outside under cover.
A commercial area with banks, bars and restaurants, hairdressers and supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away. This area can become lively in the evenings, but the villa is far away enough not to be affected, although close enough to enjoy the fun. There is now a tram/train which operates between the hours of 12-12 during the summer months, giving access to the bars and commercial centre for a small fee, it passes by a 30 second walk away from the villa giving a fantastic opportunity for a few relaxing drinks without having to worry about who is going to drive home.
A few hundred metres up the street from the villa there are a series of hills with walking paths, giving fantastic views of the surrounding local area.
Within a 5 minute drive you can enjoy the 18 hole golf course along with a 4* spa making it perfect for couples. A little further afield you can find horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, archery, quad biking, and all manner of watersports including jet skiing and diving. Within an hours drive away there are 2 water parks and a zoo so there is fun for all the family.

Less than a 20 minute drive will find yourself in the lovely costal town of Puerto de Mazarron with a beautiful beach and bars, restaurants etc - there are NO package holidays here making it perfect for a taste of traditional Spain.

Being a bungalow, wheelchair is accessible although there are a few steps to enter the property. Inside, the floors are all on one level.
The Costa Calida region
The area of Costa Calida (which translate as "warm coast") boasts an average 320 days of sunshine per year and is relatively quiet compared to the major resorts such as Benidorm etc. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa Almeria with a total of 250 km of coastline. Although like most of coastal Spain having a substantial Northern European population, this area is mainly Spanish, and many restaurants and bars in the surrounding villages have retained their traditional feel.
The historic town of Cartegena is a major attraction, with a strong navy influence and a large business centre, guided bus tours and boat trip of the harbour. The capital city of Murcia is about the same size as Alicante, has a large business and shopping area with many up market department stores. The town of Totana, just 20 minutes drive away from the villa, has a train station with free parking, and has a direct line into the centre of Murcia city.
Sking in the Sierra Nevadas is about a 2.5hr drive away
The Mazarron / Camposol area
Mazarron town is just 10 minutes drive away. Being a traditional Spanish town, it has many nice restaurants and bars, lots of small fashion shops, banks and business activities. There is a very popular and lively open air market every Saturday morning. Puerto de Mazarron is a further 5 to 10 minutes away and is a typical coastal resort. The main beach has many bars and restaurants and gets very busy during the month of August when the Spanish drive down from Madrid for their holidays.
The rest of the year can remain lively but relatively quiet. There are other beaches in the area that can be almost deserted for parts of the year.

Electricity is supplied through a paymeter. A reasonable balance is provided by the the owner, but excessive use of the air conditioner must be paid for by the renter.
Arrival time: 16.00h on day of arrival. Departure time: 10.00h on day of departure. This can be flexible dependent on other bookings, please enquire.
Please note: Everything will be done to try to accomodate late departures wherever possible.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required with final payment, to be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A booking deposit of £150 is required, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
