Within the villa is european sky box.( to access some chanels) you will need to take your card from uk) There are 2 mountain bikes at the villa for your use to explore the countryside and development
half set golf clubs for use on the well kept 18 hole course, where green fees are well below the average are kept at the villa.
The sun terrace has 2 loungers , setee and dining table/chairs for your use, whilst you enjoy the 300 plus days of sunshine, barbecue is on the terrace.
madatory full linen and laundering facilities and clean of villa on vacating are provided at extra cost of £30 per booking.

The villa stands in a good plot with own garden and drive with a roof terrace and rear terrace.
The communal pool , tennis courts , horse riding , restaurants and bars is a walk or short drive from the villa, as is the golf course and the driving range and club house.
just constructed is a luxury hotel ajacent to the golf club where facilities include :- indoor and outdoor pools, leisure pool , spas and tennis courts , now completed and in use. NB***( SEE NOTES BELOW re opening)
there are a full range of supermarkets, petrol garage, bars , restaurants and entertainment on sector's B & A which are a short drive , or a good walk

Conditions
A fully refundable breakages deposit of £100 will be required before travelling as will full cleared payment.
The villa will be inspected post vacating to determine any breakages damages, assuming none the deposit will be fully refundable. We would expect that the villa be left clean of your own rubbish and food upon vacating
OUR HOUSEKEEPER is available locally who will email you with contact details to ensure your stay is trouble free and deal with any emergencys on a day to day basis

Although it has been popular with holidaymakers for over a century, only in recent years has the Port achieved it's identity as one of Spain's most attractive holiday resorts.
The important commercial activities of fishing and agriculture still dominate the local economy, but the annual influx of families seeking a trouble free holiday in the sun is an important factor and of increasing importance in the area's development.
The coastal areas of Mazarron boast some of the finest beaches in Spain, and the generally untouched nature of the coastline and countryside appeals to those who seek a tranquil environment for their holidays. This is a popular resort for Spanish families and in the peak season (July and August) the population swells to capacity. At other times of the year it can be very quiet which makes Puerto ideal for that quiet "get away
The bay is enclosed by the mountain ranges of Sierras Moreras, Almenara, Algorobo, Lo Alto, Muela and slightly further to the North, Sierra Espuna This gives Mazarron Bay a "microclimate" which invariably results in better weather than the rest of Spain. Puerto de Mazarron boasts more than 300 days of sunshine every year.

The villa was very clean and had all the amenities to make a good short break. We found the neighbours to be very helpful with information about the area, as was Sue who greeted us with a smile and settled us in. We found fantasic beaches a short drive away and a good selection of bars and restaurants , the local supermarket was in easy reach and not expensive. We have been stopping in Marks villa for the last 2 years and will again next year. Mark is a very pleasant person to deal with and his villa is kept clean and tidy. The villa location is quite handy for the airports, ok you have to travel 45 mins or so but journey is worth it as it takes you away from the main cities. To get to the beach you only have to drive 15 to 20 mins, it is one of the areas best kept secrets! Also Marks neighbours are really nice too.
