This semi detached Bungalow with family size swimming pool is well situated within easy walking distance to the restaurant/bar complex which has a beautiful communal pool, tennis courts, petanca pitches and also is close to the proposed golf course. The Bungalow is brand new with air conditioning which can be used as heating in the winter. In an excellent location only a couple of minutes walk to the bar/restaurant and communal pool.

There are breath taking views of the mountains and the Bungalow is enhanced by a pretty landscaped garden with lemon and orange trees.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The Costa Calida (hot coast) has the least amount of rainy days of the Costa's and is claimed as one of the healthiest climates in Europe. The winter temperatures range from 12 - 22C and the summer temperatures between 18 - 38C.

The area is steeped in history with relics from the Phonecians, Carthaginians, Romans, Visigoths and Arabs underlying the Catholic Christian roots of the past six centuries.

The two large towns are Murcia and Cartagena both are historical but Cartagena has always been a Naval base and remains so. There are marinas in Cartegena and Puerto de Mazarron. There are fine beaches in Mazarron bay and at the resort of Bolnuevo as well as undeveloped bays and coves to the SW. The Sierra Espuna mountains to the north offer fine views, picnicking and walking.

Mazarron / Mazarron Country Club area

10 mins from Puerto de Mazarron which is a small fishing port on Spain's Costa Calida. The area is largely unspoilt with excellent views of the surrounding mountains.

There are several sandy blue flag beaches along the coast of Mazarron.There is a golf course at the near by Camposol resort only 5 mins drive with a driving range and practice putting green, or La Manga Golf approx 40mins drive away. There is a large supermarket at the nearby Camposol resort, which also comprises of a new development with restaurants and shops including a bowling alley and snooker tables with various bars.

How to get there

Cheap flights are available from Ryanair and Easyjet. There are two daily flights from Stansted to Murcia (San Javier) Airport and two available from Luton to Alicante. If flying to Murcia (San Javier) it will take a 50 min drive to the Mazarron Country Club. If flying to Alicante Airport it will take 1 1/2 hours to drive to the Country Club. Car Hire can be picked up at both airports.

Cleaning is carried out by a friendly and efficient husband and wife team who live on the Country Club.

Further details outdoors:
The swimming pool is key hole shaped with a shallow end and deep end. The shallow end is 1m deep with steps going into the water which is safe for children to paddle. The deep end is 1.7m.

On the terrace are sun loungers and a stone table and chairs which is lovely for sitting at whilst barbecuing. There is a communal swimming pool about 5 mins walk from the house which also has a lovely restaurant and tennis courts on site.

Conditions

£100 (pounds sterling) deposit payable upon booking.
£50 breakable deposit payable upon booking. This is returned once the holiday is over and no breakages.
Balance of payment due 6 weeks prior to holiday.
Travel cot and high chair are available FOC.
There is a key meet and cleaning charge of 45 euros per booking.
