Further details indoors: The master bedroom offers a fantastic ocean view and leads onto the expansive balcony. Also equipped with a King bed, double-sink vanity, huge walk-in shower, ceiling fan and air conditioning, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is set up with two-Twin beds (that can be zipped together to form a King on request), single-sink vanity, shower with glass enclosure, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Also included is flat-screen Cable TV and DVD player, ceiling fans in the living room and balcony, and air conditioning throughout.
Half-day housekeeping service is provided Monday to Saturday with short term rentals and all linen etc. are included with this fully furnished and equipped apartment.
Further details
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is requested at the time of booking with full payment 30 days in advance of arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will attract a 30% cancellation penalty.
The property is serviced by our manager Renae who is glad to help with any queries and is on duty 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday and by security guards at all other times. Parking is available with some in an underground garage served by the lift.
Conditions
A damage deposit of US$500 is requested.
An inventory with pricing is provided for most items in the apartment, and the deposit will be returned less any damages or loss after your unit is inspected.
