The property is serviced by our manager Renae who would be glad to help with any queries and is on duty 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday and by security guards at all other times. Parking is available with some in an underground garage served by the lift.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is requested at the time of booking with full payment 30 days in advance of arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will attract a 30% cancellation penalty.
Conditions
A damage deposit of US$500 is requested. An inventory with pricing is provided for most items in the apartment, and the deposit will be returned less any damages or loss after your unit is inspected.
