Home description

Ocean One is where luxury holiday living meets the beach. It is NOT a hotel but 21 private luxury residences of which only a few are rented. These two and three bedroom units are all luxury fully furnished including superior fittings, complete Italian designed kitchens featuring all GE appliances. The huge ocean view balconies allow for an un-obscured panoramic view of the south coast. Please contact us for rates on the two bedroom units or for the first floor penthouse.

The convenient location places you 15-20 minutes drive from the airport and 15-20 minutes from the main shopping/city centre, Bridgetown. The well known St. Lawrence gap is 5 minutes away and offers all night dining, entertainment and partying. The property is set away from the main road and does not suffer from traffic sounds and is peaceful and quiet. Restaurants are within walking distance. Cook or butler service can be arranged at your request.

The Christ Church Parish region

Barbados is the most Easterly of Caribbean islands which is the main reason it has been passed over and over again by all recent storms and hurricanes with the last major hurricane occurring over 50 years ago. The climate is warm year round ranging from 25 - 32 degrees Celsius. The geography is relatively flat as it is a limestone formed island and the road system is excellent so getting around by car is easy, comfortable and recommended.


Maxwell / Maxwell Beach area

Maxwell is on the South Coast of Barbados and offer easy access to the airport, Bridgetown the main city centre, the Oistins Fish Festival and street party, the St. Lawrence Gap (the Gap) for entertainment and dining and much more. Barbados abounds with things to do from the sea to the air including aerial treks through the lush gullies. Polo matches and regular horse racing at the Garrison Savannah cater to the horse sport enthusiast. Ocean based sports and entertainment including catamaran cruises, diving or snorkeling cruises, turtle watching, skiing and jet ski rides.

Two bed units are 1389sq.ft, three bed units are 1,725sq.ft, first floor penthouse is 2638sq.ft.
All units are beach front/ocean view and have large balconies for lounging, star gazing or even dining. The property is set well away from the main road and doesn't suffer from traffic noise. The uncrowded white sand beach offers safe swimming in the warm turquoise waters. Pool lounges are provided should you decide to enjoy the beach garden and pool facilities. Two air-conditioned gyms offer the latest in exercise equipment for cardio and weights workouts. The experienced on property staff are available to help you make the best of your holiday including excursion recommendations, dining etc.

Digital secure door entry and 24 hr security personnel ensure you a safe place to call home during your holiday/visit and the private walled parking means you will never have to worry about theft. The large second floor terrace offers a place for privacy away from the beach for tanning or entertaining.

Our rate structure includes twice weekly housekeeping / laundress service but you may increase this regularity at a cost of US$40 per additional day. We can also offer cook and or butler service at your request. We include a welcome pack to get you started for breakfast including tea, coffee, creamer and juice but can also do grocery shopping in advance for you if requested.
