Ground floor: Master bedroom with super king size bed, single truckle bed and ensuite bathroom with shower enclosure, free standing double ended bath, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail. Second bedroom with zip and link bed (available as two singles or one super king size bed) with ensuite shower room with shower enclosure, basin, heated towel rail and W.C. Utility area with washer/dryer, enclosed private patio and store room with wetsuit rack and surf shower.
First floor: Large open plan living area with barrel rolled ceiling, sea views, gel fireplace, widescreen television (freeview), DVD/CD and iPod docking station. Full width sliding glass doors open onto a generous deck with views across the bay. Comfortable sofa and chairs. Dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Cloakroom with basin and W.C. Travel cot and highchair.
Dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Short breaks available outside of school holidays. Parking for one car available.
