"Lovely apartment in a good location"

Lovely location for a short break. The apartment lived up to expectations - it was clean, comfortable and was even better than it looked in photos on website. Overall, a very relaxing few days.

"Lovely quiet weekend in outstanding surroundings"

Wife decided we were going away for our pearl wedding anniversary me being a miserable old so and so I was not too exited. We arrived to find a very clean well furnished appartment, lovely soft beds, big telly and glorious sea views and after a nice cuppa on the terrace overlooking the sea I began to melow a little. In the evening a short walk took us into Barmouth where we had a choice of nice restaurants. Cant let wifey get away with organising a brilliant weekend so I spent a while trying every light switch, tap, bed, checked the pattern on the wallpaper lined up and many other things. I found some faults, the satelite tv channels had different numbers to my home tv and you have to push the ice dispenser twice to fill your glass with ice so I at least had somethings to moan about on the way home.

"Everything you need for a perfect break"

Situated overlooking the Estuary the apartment provides a marvellous panoramic view of Barmouth. and the surrounding mountains. The accommodation is extremely well appointed and modern with everything provided for a very relaxing stay including comfortable lounger, furniture and beds Special mention for the private balcony in a prime position which is very relaxing particularly in the evening. as the sun goes down.Glass of wine optional !. As first time visitors to Barmouth we were very impressed with our accommodation, the town and the beaches. We certainly look forward to a further visit in the future..

"Beautiful flat, lovely area definitely visit again"

As per all reviews very tidy, comfy well presented flat. Everything worked, no niggles with anything. Lovely view over the bay. 2 minutes down to the nearest beach for the kids and the added bonus of toys and books for the kids in the flat. Thanks for having us.

"Perfect location, great flat, wish we could have stay longer!"

We are really glad we booked this flat again. The new bunk beds were a real hit with my son! He also liked the Sky kids tv channels, but thankfully the weather was kind to us and we could be out and about a lot. The flat is so clean and fresh, the views are still amazing - even on a Welsh wet day! We love the fact that there are so many things to do right on your doorstep and you can have car free days if you wish. We did the walk up in the hills and the panorama views are amazing. We went cycling down the Mawddoch estuary and had lunch in Dolgellau and we caught the train from Barmouth to Fairborne and walked up to the Blue Lake. The beach was as lovely as ever and we tried crabbing this year and that was good fun. We are hoping that we can return again soon.

"It's all been said before!"

Really can't praise this accommodation enough, although it's all been said before on previous reviews. The attention to detail from the owners makes this well-appointed apartment a real home from home. It's location is excellent and the views from the grounds are second to none. Our only real complaint....the holiday was too short!

"Beautifully kept home away from home!"

This lovely rental is really more of a home away from home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and have already vowed to stay again. The location was ideal, with walks to the beach only taking minutes. There is so much for young families to do in the area, but even in down time, we soaked up relaxation in the lush, quiet of the property - whether basking in the sun through the large windows in the living room, or with a glass of wine on the private balcony, overlooking the panoramic views of Barmouth and the bay. Everything was perfect, and we have referred others already in our two days home.

"Brilliant"

This really is gold standard holiday accommodation, everything you would need for a relaxed and stress free holiday is there for you. Comfortable beds and bedding, all the equipment you would need if you want to cook your own meals and comfortable seating in the lounge area to enjoy the wonderful view of Barmouth harbour and bay from the panoramic window. You could spend your whole holiday just sitting by the window or on the private veranda watching the world go by. If you want the best in luxury accommodation to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Mid/West Wales this is the place for you. A really enjoyable holiday

"High standard spacious apartment, convenient and with outstanding views."

Everything here was to our liking! Just a few minutes walk from the centre of town, the beach and the estuary bridge. It was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Barmouth is a lovely town to stay in, with good amenities, truly inspiring views and beautiful walks. We enjoyed top class fish and chips one day and top quality bistro food the next, not to mention the good pubs and Indian restaurant.

"Magnificent views from the shared garden"

We loved the apartment with lovely views from the front window. It was an easy walk into Barmouth to restaurants and shops - really no need to use the car as walks began right on the doorstep. We didn't have fantastic weather but we would have liked to have eaten on the balcony overlooking the estuary. The best thing was on the last day when we belatedly took a wander up into the shared garden - it took our breath away. Such magnificent views !!
