It's a great location for touring and leisure; there is a golf course just on the doorstep of the village, as are the cycling, walking and horse riding paths across the beautiful Alpilles
Maussane is also situated in the heart of one of the best the Olive growing regions of Provence - a panorama of Olive Groves with stunning limestone scenery as the backdrop surrounds the village

By Car - Maussane is situated approximately 30 minutes south of Avignon, 15 minutes north of Salon-de-Provence and 20 minutes to the east of Arles
By Air - Marseille and Nimes Airports are the nearest - approximately 50 minutes drive away
By Train - The high speed TGV service runs directly from London or Paris to Avignon, approximately 25 minutes away

Further details indoors: On the ground floor there is a large 50m² living/dining room with a traditional Provencal fireplace.
There is a separate well-equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, a laundry room and an independent WC and washroom.
There is also a TV, DVD player and a selection of books to read if you want to brush up your French!
On the first floor there are four bedrooms. The first is arranged as a suite with a large 20 sq metre bedroom, dressing room and bathroom including a full size bath and a WC.
The three other bedrooms are each approximately 12m² There is another bathroom with full size bath and separate shower and an independent WC. All four bedrooms can be arranged either with a double bed or twin beds
Towels and bed linen are included in the price and if you want to avoid having to clean the house before you leave, there is an end of holiday cleaning service available for 60 euros. For families, both a cot and high chair are available upon request.
Further details outdoors: The house has a garden/terrace on both its north and south side, 200 sq metres and 120 sq metres respectively, pergola on the north side and private parking.
This year it will also benefit from its own newly installed swimming pool in the back garden.
There is also plenty of furniture in the gardens for eating outside on those lovely warm Provencal. evenings!
