The apartment has been designed and developed to offer guests the very best in terms of quality and comfort. It has a beautiful view over the sea and hills, air conditioning and satellite TV.
There is a large, panoramic solarium/terrace on the top floor, with a bar (open on request). It is the ideal place for sunbathing by day and organizing private parties for brightening up the hot summer evenings.
Guests can park in a convenient, enclosed car park and can also make use of the large garden, with swimming pool and solarium.
The property’s outdoor area provides a typical example of Mediterranean scrub, with olive trees, fruit trees and vines. The small wood and olive grove are the ideal places for cooling down on summer days. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay of Salerno.

Massa Lubrense / Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi area
Sant’Agata sui due golfi is located, as the name itself suggests, between Naple’s and Salerno’s gulf on the top of Sorrento hills and offers a beautiful view as well as nice excursions for trekking and riding lovers such as: Baia di Ieranto, Punta della Campanella with the ruins of Atena’s temple, San Costanzo mountain and Crapolla’s fiord.
Sant’Agata is the ideal place also for who loves the sea: by bus in 10 minutes you can reach Marina del Cantone, crowded by a lot of VIPs in summertime thanks its good restaurants, too. By the way, although a small town, in Sant’Agata there are three very important restaurants even mentioned on the celebrated Michelin guide book. “La Taverna del capitano”, “I quattro passi” and “Don Alfonso 1870” are famous all over the world and there, it is possible to eat typical sea food dishes, local cheese and good wine.

We really enjoyed it. The Villa was beautifully presented & well furnished & having the same colour scheme throughout worked really well. The pool was great and Josie was extremely helpful.

I loved everything about the Le Capannelle - including the pool, the easy access to the washing machine and the caretaker's easy-going, fun, but still serious approach to her job.

Le Capannelle was an excellent choice for us. The staff were available almost instantaneously when we called to say we were close by. They were most helpful in supplying a toaster and a kettle and were present on site a large part of the day so they were a good resource on local options. The pool was very clean and area well maintained and we enjoyed it very much. I know that the owners have little control over this but their neighbors has 2 dogs which barked continuously all night and made it quite difficult to sleep some nights. I don't know if this can be addressed. The kitchen was very stocked with items necessary for cooking and that was appreciated.
