Home description
Casale Torre spreads over 1,500 sqm of terraced land on three levels, with the lower plateau at road level, hosting the parking area. From there, a series of wide and gentle steps lead up to a panoramic area with a good sized swimming pool, surrounded by lush lawns and furnished with comfortable, cushioned timber sun beds, tables and chairs. The house, situated on this level, is a solid stone building, recently refurbished to high standards but retaining the rustic character of the former farmhouse. On the ground floor are two independent but adjacent cottages, sleeping nine people between the two. The upper level is an independent attic apartment which sleeps 4 and is reached along a winding footpath to the third terrace. The units can be rented separately or together, for groups ranging from four to 13 people.

The Campania region
The Sorrento Peninsula, arguably one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean, can be divided ideally between the side facing North, looking at the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi side, facing South and looking towards the Gulf of Salerno. There is much more to it, though, than the lovely towns of Sorrento and Positano. All around the Peninsula there is a whole world to be discovered, still relatively unknown to mass tourism. Seven villages and many hamlets, each with their own history and traditions, are spread over a large area, most of which is under the municipality of Massalubrense. Looking over Capri the Bay of Naples, this area hosts some of the most exclusive villas of the Peninsula, offering a unique combination of idyllic, peaceful countryside and proximity to the more famous resorts of Positano, Sorrento and Capri. Along the coast are small pebbly beaches, enchanting bays and sheltered coves, that can be best explored on hired boats
Massa Lubrense area
Massalubrense is the main municipality of the Peninsula and is a heaven for food lovers. Many eating houses, ranging from Michelin star restaurants to local trattorie, invite to savour the beautiful food of this fertile land and local shops display an abundance of fresh produce. During summer, every village hosts festivals; walking tours available( also individual)

Guestbook for Casale Torre
We really enjoyed our stay at Casale La Torre - Primula and hope to get back once. Big plusses: + very warm welcome and helpfull local contact; thank you !!! + we saw the splendid views and villa we expected to see; reality surpassed our high expectations + very well treated garden and swimming pool Minor minusses - doorkey: only 1 key available - separation of waste: Northern Europeans are used to separated waste collection, so that's no issue, but... - some ants disturbed our sleep, issue was handled by ourselves.
We have just returned from Italy and would like to take the time to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Casale La Torre - Corallo. A very beautiful property with fantastic views, well thought out and maintained gardens and a great pool. The local rep was lovely and very helpful and so was the pool and garden man. If we had a comment it would have been that the cleaning tariff was high. Apart from that it was great and we would like to thank you for your suggestion of train into Pompeii in the first place which was excellent. Many thanks to you and all at the Casale. Best Wishes Paul V and family.
