VILLA AZZURRA (for 8 persons, with space to add 2)
The Villa is furnished in a modern, functional style with every comfort, and all rooms are air conditioned.
It includes a large living room with comfortable sofa-beds, access to internet, mobile telephone, colour satellite TV, stereo, CD and DVD players, and contains a tastefully decorated dining area.
The four bedrooms, in either queen or twin configuration, are very well furnished and include bed linens. Offering guests privacy and quiet, each bedroom has a private bath with shower, and is supplied with towels and a hairdryer. All the bedrooms open on a terrace looking toward the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop with five burners, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, Italian and American coffee makers, tea kettle and all dishes, glasses and pots and pans necessary. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The dining terrace is furnished with a barbecue, gazebo table and chairs from which guests can enjoy the view of Capri and spectacular sunsets. The sun terrace is equipped with beach chairs and tanning cots.
It’s recommended that guests have a car, which can be kept at no additional cost inside the private residential park.
The villa is reached by a series of staircases and walkways. From the terrace of the villa, there is a private stairway down to the beach.

How to get there

You can get in Sorrento with fly from all England Airport to Airport of Naples Capodichino or Fiumicino (Rome), From Naples Airport there's shuttle bus every day
You can get either by train until Sorrento Railway station, from Naples station with Circumvesuviana service.
You can rent car in Naples Airport from all rental companies.
Road to follow: Since Rome, A1 highway Napoli direction. To continue on the A3 highway, direction Salerno/Penisola Sorrentina. To leave at Castellammare di Stabia and follow the indications for Sorrento, to continue for Massa Lubrense.

A few minutes walk from the beach is the characteristic port of Marina della Lobra, where there are excellent restaurants, pizzerias, bars, mini-market, and discotheque. At the marina, it is also possible to rent boats to travel to the islands of Capri and Ischia, or to Positano, Amalfi and many other places.

Accommodations are rented by the week or multiple weeks. Weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Conditions

Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the price must be paid at the time of reservation. The remainder is to be paid upon arrival.
The cancellation of the booking from the 90° day before the check-in involves the loss of the deposit.
Security Deposit: 350 euro
Upon arrival, the client will pay a security deposit in cash. The deposit will be restored to the client at the time of departure.

Arrival, Departure and Conduct:
- Check-in is from 3pm (15.00) until 7pm (19.00). If clients expect to arrive later than 7pm, they must notify owners.
- Check-out is at 9.30am, and at 9:00am a representative of Villa Azzurra will inspect the property.
- Only the number of persons for which the property has been reserved will be given access to the property.
