Calliope's Mansion is a luxury property built as an harmonic part of the natural landscape, with breathtaking panoramic terraces and an extraordinary pool overlooking the ocean (60 sqm). Located in the heart of the marine reserve of Punta della Campanella, the villa was deisgned to follow the hill profile on 3 different levels. It can host up to a maximum of 13 guests in 7 rooms with 6.5 bathrooms. If you are looking for a timeless dimension of relax between the sea and sky, this is the right place to enjoy an uforgettable stay initaly. The most beautiful garden rich of ornamental plants, olive and lemon tree all around, swimming pool overlooking the sea, furnished sunbathing area – and all of that with fantastic view of Nerano Bay, of the Amalfi coast and of the islands of ‘dei Galli’. In this mansion you will enjoy extraordinary comfort and luxury interiors, equipped for comfortable stays during during the whole year. At the upper floor, four panoramic rooms with three bathrooms are located.:

Room 1 - is a double room with a comfortable Queen size bed, TV, private bathroom with bathtube and a panoramic terrace.

Room 2 – is a double room with King size bed with panoramic window and private bathroom.

Room 3 – is a double room with a King size bed, TV and panoramic terrace. The bathroom is located just outside the room

Room 4 – is a single room with a french sized bed and an additional single bed , Tv and a panoramic window. The bathromm is located just outside the room.

At the lower floor a double living space a dining area, a kitchen and and a guest bathrooms are located.

- living space N.1 is equipped with two luxury sofas, easy chairs, Flat TV with satellite, stereo and full office facilities; it is ideal for TV watching or music listening and relax.

-living space N.2, ocated in front of a large panoramic windows, is equipped with a luxury sofas, fauteuils and a romantic fireplac. It is the right place to enjoy a good reading. During the winter seasons this living is perfect to enjoy unforgettable moments in front of the fireplace looking at the stormy sea.

- the dining area is equipped with a beautiful 18th century English style table.

- the kitchen , in the typical style of the Amalfi coast, is fully equipped with all furnitures.

- a guest bathroom is also located at this floor.

Very large and panoramic terraces with several outer living spaces surrounds the lower floor southbound and eastbound.

At the lower floor a dependence is located with bedrroms, bathrooms and a living area with a a kitchenette.

- Room n 5 is a double room with a double bed (can be divided in 2 sigle beds) and ensuite bathroom

- room n.6 is a double room with king size bed and balcony-terrace

- room n.7 is a twin room with two large single beds

A green grass space and a large panoramic terrace are also located at this level.

At a lower level the solarium and the swimming pool are located, surrounded by olives mediterranean flowers and the astonishing panorama. A fully equipped cocktail bar and external kitchen are available at the swimming pool. Gardens with amacas and brasilian chairs are also available.

Thank you so much for for your kind review. Your opinion is very important to us. Thank you also for your comment about the road. This is an important advise to future guest. Our suggestion is to rent small cars for a better drive through our narrow road and through the small roads of Sorrento and Amalfi Coast.. Up to 5 small cars can be parked in our private parking lots aside the villa.

Why can't I call Luca (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luca (the owner) a message.

If Luca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
