About the home

The apartment is situated on the upper floor, has three double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms of which 2 with Jacuzzi, a kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and spacious terraces with sea views of the bay of Marina del Cantone.

The apartment is furnished in a beach and nautical theme of pure white, navy blue, turquoise and coral.
The apartment has a wide solarium equipped with beach lounge chairs and shower. The solarium is furnished with natural materials such as wood, ceramics, linen and cotton, and is an ideal setting for outdoor parties.

The living room is open plan and through the wide windows and glass doors there is a spectacular view of the sea and the Marina del Cantone.

The Campania region

The region faces the Tyrrhenian Sea and includes one of the finest coastlines in Italy. The hinterland is essentially mountainous, with irregular massifs broken here and there by valleys and plains. In front of the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno, we can admire marvelous and enchanting islands: Capri, Ischia, Procida.

To be visited: The splendid Sorrento coast; the marvelous islands; the Imperial Villa in Capri; Amalfi, the Royal Palace of Caserta with its splendid Italian gardens; Herculaneum and Pompeii.

The Massa Lubrense area

The villa is situated between the small village of Nerano and Marina del Cantone, only 500 meters from the beach.
Marina del Cantone is a pretty bay with a pebble beach and is famous for its beauty and for the local fish restaurants on the beach.

The villa is in a perfect position for the surrounding beaches of Recommone and Marina del Cantone, and is only a 30 minute car ride away from the world famous resort of Sorrento. The road that leads to Villa Diamond and Marina del Cantone winds down through the picturesque villages of Termini and Nerano which are surrounded by olive and lemon groves and have spectacular views. The unusual rock formation to the right of the bay (known as the 3 pizzi) is very unusual and perched on the top of Mount Costanzo is a small white chapel.

At Marina del Cantone beach, during the summer, there are sun beds and umbrellas which can be hired, as well as pedal boats, canoes and small boats.
